We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Manager - Indonesia to assist the Compliance Office in Indonesia. This role will provide critical support in filing reports to Bank Indonesia and PPATK, regulatory horizon scanning, project management, organising & maintaining regulatory portals i.e. e-licensing. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of Compliance - Indonesia handling both Regulatory and Financial Crime Compliance, to ensure policies and practices adhere to local regulatory, AML regulation and compliance standards.

Your mission:
Manage reporting to regulators (Bank Indonesia and PPATK)

• Manage regular and ad-hoc reporting to Bank Indonesia accurately, in a timely manner, ensuring all submissions are meeting the requirements. Regular reporting includes physical printing and submission.
• Organise and securely store all regulatory communications in both physical and digital repositories for easy access and compliance, ensuring all submissions are organised and accessible.
• Access and navigate regulatory filing portals to track, trace, and manage deliverables, filings, and reporting requirements.
• Handle escalations from regulatory bodies, promptly disseminating information to relevant internal teams for timely resolution and response.

Support Compliance Office

• Assist Head of Compliance - Indonesia with regulatory horizon scanning, tracking, and managing both internal and external projects to ensure alignment with evolving regulations.
• Collaborate with Head of Compliance - Indonesia to draft and update policies, ensuring compliance with local regulation and effective policy implementation.
• Monitor compliance risks and KPIs, coordinate periodic governance and stakeholder review meetings, maintain robust compliance frameworks and documentation, and support liaison efforts during audits (internal, external, and regulatory).

Projects and compliance specific reviews : depending on the compliance program and criticality, engage & manage specific and thematic compliance reviews.

As a Lead QA Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the QA processes across various projects, ensuring high-quality standards and best practices. You will collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to guarantee that the products meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering their development and growth.
• Define, implement, and enforce QA methodologies, strategies, and plans for new and ongoing projects.
• Create comprehensive test plans, design test cases, and execute them. Identify potential risks and gaps early in the development cycle.
• Plan, improve, enhance, and automate testing processes to ensure maximum performance and quality in the final product.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure quality is built into every aspect of the product lifecycle.
• Advocate for and implement test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency, repeatability, and coverage.
• Demonstrate hands-on leadership, actively participating in the test execution process while guiding others to excel.
• Maintain and report on key QA metrics, such as defect rates, test coverage, and performance benchmarks.
• Lead and coach other QA engineers to develop their skills and maximize their potential.
• Establish and maintain QA processes, including defining service standards, writing technical and management reports, ensuring compliance with standards, and determining training needs.
• Ensure that the entire development team adheres to best practices and follows the correct processes to achieve the desired product quality.
• Stay updated with the latest QA tools, techniques, and methodologies and apply them to continuously improve our processes.

• Experience with testing automation tools and frameworks such as BDD, TDD, Robot Framework, Katalon Studio, Selenium, Cucumber, and Gherkin.
• Knowledge and understanding of modern development techniques (BDD, TDD, DDD), branching strategies (gitflow, feature branches/flags, trunk-based development), and CI/CD.
• Experience with Linux systems and Linux administration (CentOS, RHEL, Ubuntu, Secure Linux).
• Knowledge and understanding of Docker, VM, Cloud, and Orchestration (GCP, AWS, Kubernetes).
• Understanding the need for test automation at all levels, including database, UI, and from unit tests to user acceptance tests.
• Experience leading a testing team, including coaching, mentoring, and growing team members.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology).
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to identify problems and find simple solutions, thinking outside the box.

• Self-motivated and able to inspire and motivate others.

• Extra plus for:
• ISTQB and/or other relevant certifications.
• A proven track record in a startup or fintech environment.

• Previous experience working as a Software Developer or QA Engineer.

Mengelola kegiatan pemantauan, pengawasan, pemastian dan pendokumentasian semua aspek yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan penyediaan obat dan pemantauan lingkungan berjalan sesuai dengan memenuhi ketentuan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB), Cara Pembuatan Obat Tradisional yang Baik (CPOTB), Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), standar Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja dan Lingkungan (K3L) serta standar / peraturan terkait lainnya.

Quality Control CMT

• Melaksanakan pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan drawing engineering, seperti fabrication drawing, QA/QC, assessment di lapangan, supervise installation and commissioning. 
• Melaksanakan tugas lain yang diberikan oleh atasan (termasuk pekerjaan project). 
• Membuat laporan harian dan laporan hasil pekerjaan.

Engineering staff

1. Membantu Project Coordinator dalam membuat perencanaan kebutuhan project (peralatan dan personnel) sesuai dengan kontrak.
2. Membantu Project Coordinator dalam mengkoordinasikan semua kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan persiapan proyek (sumber daya, peralatan) dan informasi lainnya yang dibutuhkan terkait dengan project tersebut.
3. Membangtu Project Coordinator dalam melakukan koordinasi sehingga komunikasi dengan client terjalin baik untuk mengidentifikasi, klarifikasi, verfikasi syarat kerja sesuai dengan SOW (Scope of Work), yang ada di kontrak.
4. Membantu Project Coordinator dalam melakukan pengawasan dan monitoring project sesuai dengan proposal project dari Marketing yang disesuaikan dengan tata waktu/timeline serta anggaran dari project tersebut.
5. Membantu Project Coordinator dalam melakukan pengawasan dan monitoring progress project serta melakukan analisa dan evaluasi terhadap issue project yang terkait dengan operational.
6. Bertanggung jawab dalam membuat kurva-s serta melakukan pengkinian (update) sesuai progres aktual.
7. Bertanggung jawab serta berperan aktif dalam mengundang dan melakukan pertemuan/rapat rutin untuk membahas progress proyek.
8. Membantu Project Coordinator dalam menjalankan project sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditentukan sesuai dengan SOP dan peraturan perusahaan yang berlaku.
9. Membantu Project Coordinator dalam membuat dan mengelola serta. mendokumentasikan terkait rencana kerja dan pelaporan proyek secara komprehensif
10. Membantu Project Coordinator dalam melakukan pemerikasaan dan review serta validasi terhadap semua dokumen kebutuhan operational dan administrasi yang terkait dengan kebutuhan operasi lainnya.
