As the QA Engineer Lead, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our Fintech platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of QA engineers, leveraging your expertise in automation testing, while focusing on daily production automated tests, regression automated tests, test repository management, defect management, API automated tests, and the establishment of testing policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience 2-3 years leading a team in a Fintech or financial services environment with total experience of 3-5 years as a QA Engineer Senior/Lead
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing automation testing scenarios for financial software, with a focus on mutual funds and stocks.
• Solid understanding of financial market concepts and trading platforms.
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, Java, BDD, Cucumber, Cypress, Git/Gitlab, API Testing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Build and manage Support Team (LND & Quality Assurance Processes) to ensure ideal business process improvements. Manage Help center content and align with all Business Unit and Functions Unit.
