Memastikan hasil quality produk sesuai dengan mutu dan standar

• Merancang prosedur uji kualitas dan alur pelaporan untuk permasalahan yang mungkin timbul
• Menjalankan inspeksi proses dan produk
• Mengumpulkan, mengolah, dan melaporkan seluruh data terkait ketidak sesuaian produk 
• Melaporkan seluruh data dan permasalahan yang timbul selama proses produksi kepada Manager QC/QA
• Menguji dan memantau perkembangan seluruh produk
• Melakukan verifikasi kualitas produk
• Mendokumentasikan serangkaian pemeriksaan dan uji kualitas produk
• Menganalisa dokumen, data, dan catatan produk terdahulu sebagai referensi

• Memonitor proses produksi, membuat laporan produksi, menghitung service level, dan membuat laporan bulanan
• Merencanakan produksi dan persediaan bahan baku yang akan dikirimkan ke PPIC yang ada di cabang dan memastikan semua berjalan sesuai lead time order
• Memproses pesanan, memeriksa stok persediaan, melakukan negosiasi dengan supplier, merencanakan rute, dan memantau kinerja PPIC
• Membuat rencana jangka panjang dan jangka pendek untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan

• Conduct communication between expatriates and local employees.
• Control system documents together with Supervisor.
• Enter data on the arrival of goods in the supply database.
• Assist with laboratory activities.
• Submit payments related to reimbursement, expenses and others to the Finance Department.

Communicate, coordinate, and translate problem solving communications between manager and other staff.

Translate documents and related information from mandarin to Indonesia.

Engineering Staff

• Developing IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks into policies and standards that can be implemented within the company’s IT environment
• Ensuring IT governance, risk, and compliance can be socialized and applied in the company’s IT operations
• Regularly monitoring and assessing the implementation of IT governance, risk, and compliance within the company and providing reports to management
• Collaborating with other IT departments to detail policies and SOPs for IT operations
• Working specifically with the IT Network & Security Department to develop IT security concepts and their implementation to maintain data security
• Developing internal company processes to achieve IT governance, risk, and compliance certification and overseeing surveillance processes after certification is obtained
• Proactively providing suggestions and input to improve governance, risk, and compliance processes to support more efficient business operations
• Ensuring application testing processes are completed before implementation
