Engineering staff

1. Membantu Project Coordinator dalam membuat perencanaan kebutuhan project (peralatan dan personnel) sesuai dengan kontrak.
2. Membantu Project Coordinator dalam mengkoordinasikan semua kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan persiapan proyek (sumber daya, peralatan) dan informasi lainnya yang dibutuhkan terkait dengan project tersebut.
3. Membangtu Project Coordinator dalam melakukan koordinasi sehingga komunikasi dengan client terjalin baik untuk mengidentifikasi, klarifikasi, verfikasi syarat kerja sesuai dengan SOW (Scope of Work), yang ada di kontrak.
4. Membantu Project Coordinator dalam melakukan pengawasan dan monitoring project sesuai dengan proposal project dari Marketing yang disesuaikan dengan tata waktu/timeline serta anggaran dari project tersebut.
5. Membantu Project Coordinator dalam melakukan pengawasan dan monitoring progress project serta melakukan analisa dan evaluasi terhadap issue project yang terkait dengan operational.
6. Bertanggung jawab dalam membuat kurva-s serta melakukan pengkinian (update) sesuai progres aktual.
7. Bertanggung jawab serta berperan aktif dalam mengundang dan melakukan pertemuan/rapat rutin untuk membahas progress proyek.

Engineering Staff

Mengelola kegiatan pemantauan, pengawasan, pemastian dan pendokumentasian semua aspek yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan penyediaan obat dan pemantauan lingkungan berjalan sesuai dengan memenuhi ketentuan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB), Cara Pembuatan Obat Tradisional yang Baik (CPOTB), Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), standar Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja dan Lingkungan (K3L) serta standar / peraturan terkait lainnya.

• Prepare and submit all mandatory regulatory reports, with a focus on timely and accurate OJK reporting.

• Provide monthly Compliance Analysis Reports to management to support informed decision-making.

• Monitor and interpret OJK regulations, and effectively communicate relevant updates to all employees.

• Maintain and organize all compliance-related documentation and ensure proper administration.

• Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of compliance across the organization.

STAFF ENGINEERING

Staff Engineering

Some of your duties will include:

The Inspector QC Electrical & Instrumentation will oversee quality assurance and quality control activities related to electrical and instrumentation (E&I) installations within the project. The role ensures compliance with project specifications, international standards, and company requirements.

§ Inspection & Testing:

o  Conduct inspections of electrical and instrumentation systems, including cabling, grounding, power distribution, and control systems, during construction, installation, and commissioning phases.

o  Perform testing and verification of E&I equipment, such as transformers, switchgear, MCC panels, DCS/PLC systems, and field instruments.

o  Ensure compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE).

§ Documentation & Reporting:

o  Review and maintain quality-related documentation, including ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), checklists, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and punch lists.

o  Prepare detailed inspection reports and submit them to the QC Manager.

§ Liaise with EPC contractors, vendors, and consultants to resolve technical issues and ensure adherence to the project quality plan; Coordinate with construction teams for timely inspections and testing activities.

§ Compliance & Standards: Ensure all electrical and instrumentation work meets health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations; Monitor compliance with quality assurance programs and standards, such as ISO 9001.

§ Identify and address any discrepancies or quality issues during inspections and propose corrective actions.

§ Provide technical support during root cause analysis and issue resolution.

Some of your duties will include:

·        Supervising, designing and calculations, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.

·        Supervising, controlling and monitoring the installation and operations conform to standards and technical requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications and technical drawings.

·        Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.

·        Conferring with other functions, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.

·        Establishing construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.

·        Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or technical requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.

·        Inspect completed work for conformance with requirements of local building and safety codes

·        Supervise with scheduling major electrical projects from ordering parts to performing the work in a timely and cost-effectengineeive manner.

·        Investigate component failures, communicating results to Operations and Associates to aid in increased levels of safe production

·        Supervise with electrical and mechanical projects, installations, and shutdowns.

·        Supervise in developing and maintaining a preventative and predictive maintenance program

·        Maintain effective communication with plant operational personnel, maintenance, and supervision

·        Help with all other plant maintenance as needed

·        Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.

·        Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.

·        Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.

·        Maintaining electrical equipment and following approved company procedures plan, schedule, control and completely document all work performed on the plant DCS system and distributed PLC’s including troubleshooting and configurations changes.

·        Monitor and assist in the planning of daily and future scheduled plant repairs, included assist to work of Instrumentation and control and DCS personnel to ensure the are working in a safe and efficient manner while following approved company procedures.

·        Working with a variety of technicians.

·        Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions consistent with extreme heat, cold, wetness, dryness, dust, and noisy conditions.
