As a QA Game Tester, one is expected to play the game under development in order to detect and describe all abnormal behaviors (bugs) regarding game functions, graphics, logic, design and content. Such bugs are reported to the development team for resolving, to ensure the best game player experience and the overall quality of the game before being released to the market.

QA Game Testers ensure that the games they are testing meet all the Gameloft QA standards.

Responsibilities : 

• Identify the requirements and execute the tasks received.
• Report bugs for the entire features one is responsible for during the testing cycle.
• Post a clear and accurate description of each bug found in the QA database.
• Create test cases for the features they are responsible for.
• Provide feedback regarding the game/certain features of the game from both tester and user point of view.
• Communicate efficiently with all the stakeholders involved.

• Organize and deliver training all New Hires and prepare them for production
• Develop, facilitate and complete training needs and refresh training plan at QA team level, on assigned services or studios
• Create training content based on available resources - constantly be up to date according to needs; upload all content in Learning Platform
• Provide monthly and quarterly Training activity report to Managers at Service and BU level
• Test all team for tech knowledge on assigned service/studio

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to join our QA Business Unit’s Management Team.

You’ll be reporting to QA Program Manager and you’ll be responsible in developing a QA Service (group of testing activities) with everything it involves from growing a team of Specialists to Managing the resources, while developing short and long term plans then implementing them.

In most of the time you’ll need to have an Entrepreneurial mindset able to identify problems and/or opportunities by yourself, developing plans to address them, getting the buy in from Stakeholders and decisional factors, ultimately behaving as an internal Business Leader.

• All project tasks are allocated daily inside the local team, based on project plan, needs and priorities, for each test round, and sent by mail to your team and PM
• Manage role assignation in the team to match the project needs. Assigning/reassigning roles whenever necessary and informing the local QAM in writing (Mail/confluence) about the changes inside the team
• Review the team's activity to ensure compliance with QA standards and ensure no human/process error will be encountered twice by listing clear ways to avoid this in the team’s Confluence page
• Have a quick reaction to any type of requests, provide ETAs and results in accordance with the agreed upon deadlines
• Conduct bi-weekly coaching sessions with the successor focusing on specific leadership competencies while providing practical tools and resources to enhance successor's leadership skills. Offer constructive feedback and actionable recommendations for growth.
• Evaluate local team members following the evaluation system guidelines, discuss the results in 1 on 1 meetings and upload the evaluation results in dedicated tool for each team member
• Presents a quarterly report on team performance to the functional manager with action points to improve the results of the low performers
• Participates in the recruitment interviews for your team, each time they have taken place and informed the Recruitment specialist in writing of your final decision and feedback about the candidate
• Assist the QA Management team with budget forecasts and execution

Build and manage Support Team (LND & Quality Assurance Processes) to ensure ideal business process improvements. Manage Help center content and align with all Business Unit and Functions Unit.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate whether products and services align with established quality standards, and provide insights both in services and business process improvement
• Implementing, and overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure products or services meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards
• They play a key role in maintaining the quality of an organization's products or services, improving processes, and minimizing defects or errors
• Develop and implement quality assurance team and learning development for Customer experience team.
• Create procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards.
• Create training materials, Conduct training, create TNA, and planning people development competencies, particularly if a need for specific skills or knowledge enhancement are identified
• Manage and update Help Center improvements
• Create and manage monitoring services for all channels Voice and Non Voice

• Experience as Quality Process PIC min 2 years.
• Training and assessment certification, which demonstrate expertise in evaluating and coaching.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative person
• Analytical skills to analyze training programs, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
• Industry expertise to understand skills and competencies for Digital contact center process
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Familiar with training and quality assurance contact center process.

Build and manage Business Process and Services Process Improvement. To ensure end to end business process delivery based on KPI to support BU and FU. Include managing quality agents and SOP for internal and external CX Ops.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate whether products and services align with established quality standards, and provide insights both in services and business process improvement
• Accountable for achieving Quality Performances metrics and CSAT Score
• Create and manage sampling methodology monitoring services
• Support and partner with Operations to improve CSAT achievement, and provide insights improvements
• Manage SOP and compliance documents in Customer Experience Team scope
• Assist Audit team internal or external stakeholders in Services and Business process
• Align with Operational Team and Product Team for improvements based on insights services processes

• Experiences as Quallity Assurance assist digital contact center transactions service monitoring
• Familliar with methodology sampling all channel contact center (call/chat/email/KYC process)
• Analytical thingking and create report from insights CSAT, Apps Store/ Play Store review
• Industry expertise to understand skills and competencies for coaching and conseling
