• Developing IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks into policies and standards that can be implemented within the company’s IT environment
• Ensuring IT governance, risk, and compliance can be socialized and applied in the company’s IT operations
• Regularly monitoring and assessing the implementation of IT governance, risk, and compliance within the company and providing reports to management
• Collaborating with other IT departments to detail policies and SOPs for IT operations
• Working specifically with the IT Network & Security Department to develop IT security concepts and their implementation to maintain data security
• Developing internal company processes to achieve IT governance, risk, and compliance certification and overseeing surveillance processes after certification is obtained
• Proactively providing suggestions and input to improve governance, risk, and compliance processes to support more efficient business operations
• Ensuring application testing processes are completed before implementation

Kualifiksii Kebutuhan Staff Document Control-QC:

- Laki-laki, usia maksimal 35 tahun

- Pendidikan minimal SLTA sederajat

- Bersedia bekerja full time senin-kamis pukul 07:20 s/d 16:30 dan jum'at 07:20 s/d 17:00, sabtu minggu hari libur

- Memiliki pengalaman min 1 tahun di bidang yang sama

- Mengerti prosedur audit internal dan external ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 dan Sertifikasi perusahaan lainnya.

- Sudah memiliki sertifikasi ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 dan ISO lainnya.

- Mahir dalam Document Management System dan Software seperti Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik, detail, teliti dan terbiasa bekerja secara individu maupun team

- Bersedia ditempatkan di Kawasan GIIC Blok AA Kota Deltamas-Cikarang Pusat

• S1 Industrial Engineering, S1 Industrial Management preferred
• HSE experience, quality control management, Be able to provide problem solving external claims
• Be able to analyze data on the causes of increase and decrease in production results
• Audit Compliance, ISO audit experience preferred
• Communicative, dynamic and challenging

• Menetapkan standar kualitas yang harus dipenuhi oleh suatu produk.
• Melaksanakan inspeksi terhadap kualitas bahan baku, produk setengah jadi, dan produk akhir.
• Menyusun laporan hasil inspeksi kualitas.
• Melakukan tindakan perbaikan jika ditemukan ketidaksesuaian kualitas.
• Memastikan produk yang dihasilkan memenuhi standar yang telah ditentukan.
• Mampu membuat laporan harian untuk produk yang ditolak atau tidak memenuhi standar.
• Memberikan verifikasi terhadap bagaimana kualitas produk, kemudian diserahkan kepada tim produksi.
• Menyelidiki keluhan konsumen jika terdapat masalah ketidaksesuaian pada produknya.
