The SAP Master Data and Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for the management and integrity of master data within the SAP environment, including controlling Master Data Requests to ensure that data entries are not duplicated and meet completeness standards. This role involves standardizing master data naming conventions according to established standards and providing low-level support for simple issues, such as re-uploading Merchant Statement Report(MSR) and checking Account Statement data. Additionally, the specialist will update the AI Ayana Hospitality data, including user manuals, and strive to learn new aspects of daily SAP operations, such as understanding SAP and SAP Fiori Authorization. This role also includes maintaining a list of transactions for the Cash Journal, learning the Purchasing Flow to assist with operational issues, and providing training on new features to users to enhance their knowledge of SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Master Data Management:

o   Oversee the creation, maintenance, and governance of master data (e.g., customer, vendor, material, and financial data) within the SAP system.

o   Develop and enforce data quality standards and data governance policies to ensure consistent and accurate master data.

o   Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and document data definitions, structures, and relationships.

·       Quality Assurance:

o   Establish and implement quality assurance processes to monitor data integrity across the SAP system and related applications.

o   Conduct regular data quality audits and assessments to identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues.

·       Process Improvement:

o   Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in master data management processes, tools, and techniques.

o   Work with IT and business teams to streamline data entry, data migration, and data cleansing activities.

o   Lead projects focused on data migration, transformation, and integration within SAP and other systems.

·       Documentation:

o   Maintain comprehensive documentation of master data processes, data quality standards, workflows, and data governance policies.

o   Ensure that all procedures are well documented and accessible for training and reference.

·       Training and Support:

o   Provide training and guidance to end-users on master data processes, tools, and best practices.

o   Act as a key point of contact for master data inquiries and provide low-level support in resolving data-related issues.

o   Collaborate with IT support teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to master data.

·       Compliance and Documentation:

o   Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to data management and quality.

o   Document data management procedures, workflows, and data lineage to maintain a clear understanding of data flow and usage.

o   Stay updated on industry standards and trends related to master data management and quality assurance

·        Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business administration or a related field

·        Proven experience as ERP user, preferably SAP. Strong understanding of Data Management principal and workflow.

·        Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills. 

·        Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.

Your mission:
Manage reporting to regulators (Bank Indonesia and PPATK)

• Manage regular and ad-hoc reporting to Bank Indonesia accurately, in a timely manner, ensuring all submissions are meeting the requirements. Regular reporting includes physical printing and submission.
• Organise and securely store all regulatory communications in both physical and digital repositories for easy access and compliance, ensuring all submissions are organised and accessible.
• Access and navigate regulatory filing portals to track, trace, and manage deliverables, filings, and reporting requirements.
• Handle escalations from regulatory bodies, promptly disseminating information to relevant internal teams for timely resolution and response.

Support Compliance Office
