1. Work with certain parties in Manufacturing and Regional Site to develop new product in accordance with regulation Global Regulation and International Toys Safety Regulation Standards.

5. Responsible to cover some QC function to support smooth production operation.

2. Melakukan pencatatan terhadap hasil inspeksi

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and industry-specific standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IT compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular internal audits of IT systems, processes, and data security measures.
• Work closely with the IT and legal teams to identify and mitigate IT compliance risks.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to integrate governance practices into IT operations.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, etc.

Persyaratan: 

• Lulus pendidikan DIII atau S1 dari Program Studi Teknik Sipil atau Arsitektur dari universitas ternama. 
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di posisi Civil & Finishing Inspector, terutama di proyek landed house atau real estate di perusahaan pengembang properti ternama. . 
• Memiliki keterampilan mengoperasikan komputer, terutama untuk program Microsoft Office.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di proyek Agung Podomoro di daerah Tenjo, Kabupaten Bogor.

Tanggung jawab : 

• Melakukan pengawasan terhadap kualitas pekerjaan sipil dan finishing yang dilakukan oleh kontraktor. 
• Memastikan pelaksanaan pekerjaan sipil dan finishing di lapangan sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan. 
• Memberikan teguran kepada kontraktor yang melakukan pekerjaan sipil dan finishing tidak sesuai dengan standard kualitas. 
• Memastikan mutu material sesuai dengan spesifikasi kualitas yang telah ditetapkan. 
• Menyusun laporan secara periodik mengenai perkembangan pekerjaan di lapangan dan kendala yang dihadapi di lapangan kepada Construction Manager.

1. Developing systems and compiling procedures & standards related to Quality Assurance (QA) & Health, Safety Environment (HSE)

2. Control and evaluate its implementation with the aim of ensuring QA & HSE meets established requirements

1. Perencanaan

a.Merencanakan fasilitas akomodasi (Mess) untuk staff/pekerja di site, jika client tidak memfasilitasi hal tersebut.

b.Menetapkan langkah dan strategi link untuk memenuhi pekerja (seputaran lokasi proyek) yang dibutuhkan di lokasi sesuai permintaan Client dengan berkoordinasi dengan Disnaker/Kepala Desa/Tokoh adat/dll setempat.

c.Membuat strategi proses yang berkaitan dengan karyawan pekerja proyek menyangkut kesehatan (P3K), tenaga kerja (BPJS), dll.

d. Bersama dengan klien menyusun kebutuhan tenaga kerja serta jadwal kebutuhan tenaga kerja tersebut diperlukan di site.

2. Pelaksanaan

a. Melakukan proses recruitment pekerja di lapangan untuk memenuhi permintaan Client.

b. Melengkapi administrasi seperti absensi pekerja, segala macam perjanjian, surat menyurat terkait kelengkapan di proyek, BPJS dll.

c.Melengkapi kebutuhan safety pekerja (jika tidak disediakan oleh Client) bersama sama dengan Site Coordinator bagi pekerja di lapangan.

d. Membuat rekapitulasi absensi pekerja berdasarkan daily basis pekerja yang menjadi dasar sistem penggajian serta dilaporkan ke kantor pusat.

e.Membuat Database karyawan (dilengkapi dengan alamat/mobile phone) dilengkapi dengan performancenya selama bekerja di proyek (bersama dengan Site Coordinator) tersebut.

• Participating in sprint briefing, technical discussion, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective;
• Writing maintainable test code that conforms to the architecture pattern that the team follows;
• Being able to work with Developers and Business stakeholders in:
• Writing user journey test scripts;
• Converting manual test cases to test automation code (mobile/web);
• Refining user stories and acceptance criteria during sprint planning;
• Maintaining test pipelines on our CI/CD servers; and
• Driving demo session.

• Conduct sampling and coordinate with related parties for proper sampling
• Provide waste packaging and labels as requested by the waste generator
• Supervise the waste delivery process and provide a waste transfer form
• Ensure the environment is in a safe condition, by conducting Environment Observation
• Fill out the B3 waste stock card in the Waste Handling Area and put a waste label on each waste stored in the Waste Handling Area
• Fill in the Waste Manifest Form according to the type of waste disposed of and save a copy of the file and verify the E-manifest as proposed by the transporter (as administrator)
• Carry out activities according to the AMDAL document
