As the Digital Marketing Manager, within the Artists Services division, you will be key to the artists online and audience development in the Indonesia market. The role will have a matrix reporting to both Local Head of Artist Services (Business). You will:

1. Create & Execute Creative & Effective Campaigns across content (including AR, VR, video and pop culture), social & digital media channels, CRM, media buy
2. Build strong Case Studies (plus points if your work has been recognized at creative digital or advertising awards)
3. Have strong experience, insights and great results with an "Always On" strategy
4. Be very effective at audience development and Engagement (Socials, CRM)
5. Be able to plan, monitor and optimize within budget, across a range of small to large campaigns
6. Be analytical, data driven, and delivers insightful reports with clear action points

You will be a valuable resource to Artist Services Lead and Project Managers to research artists’ target audience and position in market through thorough analysis of all data available. With this data, you will elaborate the artists’ development strategy on digital media platforms, defining the content to be produced, platforms to utilize, optimal schedule and budget, and coordinate the execution.

You will leverage the artists’ channels to grow audience, and increase engagement by implementing both organic activations and paid media campaigns, through relevant online and social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, influencers etc. You will manage and monitor digital marketing budgets, set and maintain KPIs, while delivering weekly reports on digital marketing performance for the artists, external stakeholders and relevant cross functions teams.

• Operating on contract between brands and artists (Deals Memo/Contracts) with the Legal team.
• Operational and commerical follow-up with the team for client recommendations.
• Coordinating internal tasks related to accounts to ensure clients receive products and services.
• Attending to clients' needs and developing relationships
• Acquiring more clients through prospecting and cavassing
• Developing marketing partnerships with clients (brand) in an attempt to broaden the reach and level of the AS artist's positioning
• Creatively produce original ideas/sponsorship package to secure brand sponsorship/endorsement for artists and projects.

The Brand Marketing Senior Manager is responsible for development of Brand Partnership in Believe Artist Services Department, leads advertising campaigns, following the strategy, defined by Believe & artists.

• Define the strategy of Brand Partnership together with HoAS
• P&L control together with HoAS

• Build commercial offer for advertisers
