Our client, a leading retail company, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Marketing to join their team. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, Paid Ads performance. You will also be responsible for overseeing paid advertising campaigns and ensuring the creation of compelling marketing assets that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies across various digital platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize paid campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and meet key performance indicators.
- Lead the development of marketing collateral, including graphics, videos, and written content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Oversee the creation of engaging and visually appealing assets for use in various marketing channels, such as social media, email campaigns, website, and more.
- Work closely with creative teams, copywriters, and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and plan to achieve business objectives
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and creative development initiatives
- Implement and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising
- Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and operations to drive integrated marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on retail or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, tactics, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Creative Vision to direct / lead experiments on new assets
- Paid Ads Experience
- Analytical Skill to review and challenge team's initiative
