As a Plant Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial activities of our manufacturing plant. This role involves providing strategic financial guidance, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and implementing effective internal controls to support the plant's operational objectives.

Description
Financial Planning and Analysis:Develop and manage the plant's budgeting and forecasting processes.Provide insightful financial analysis to support operational decision-making and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Cost Accounting:Oversee the plant's cost accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of production costs.Analyze manufacturing variances and work with operational teams to identify and address cost drivers.
Financial Reporting:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Present financial results to plant management and corporate leadership, highlighting key performance indicators.
Internal Controls:Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial information.Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify and mitigate financial risks.
Inventory Management:Collaborate with the supply chain and production teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure accurate valuation.Monitor and analyze inventory turnover and obsolescence.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
Profile
This role is based in Jakarta and as a result of the government regulations we are only looking for Indonesian nationals. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have a strong financial background and a solid understanding of finance and accounting, as well as some years of experience in a MNC business with matrix structure. We're looking for a dynamic professional with a strong ownership, a can-do attitude, good leadership skills and initiative to drive changes that impact the entire organization, including the ability to influence and motivate others, not limited to conflict resolution.Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)At least 8 years of working experience in similar rolesStrong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challengesStrong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the businessExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationshipsYou will have excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skillsAbility to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment at a rapidly growing company.High level of ethics and integrity
