Purpose of role: This role will be responsible to maintain and develop sales growth for all John Crane product portfolio in East Java area

Key Activities: 

•Execute plan to exceed sales targets from existing and new customer account

•Presenting the product range and its technical attributes / benefits for customers and maintaining relationship

•Provide training program for the Mineral Market

•Support and coordinate customer enquiries, quote preparation for non-pricelist products and work with Application Engineering

•Facilitate price and negotiations in accordance with the guidelines

•Preparation of monthly reports to communicate plan and progress.

•Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:

•  Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.

•  Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.

•  Actively promote positive safety culture.

•Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the Integrated ISO Management System (9001; 14001; 45001) (where applicable) quality assurance system. Including:

•  Compliance to work instructions.

•  Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.

•  Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit

•  Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver compelling demonstrations of Stellar Cyber products and solutions.
• Understand and effectively present our security platform and solutions.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.
• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot Stellar Cyber software and hardware and help our customers deploy the Starlight solution.
• Install network traffic sensors in various environments; including the physical network, virtual networks, public and private cloud, servers.
• Very close working relationship with TAC support and Product Management. Respond to RFI's & RFP's.
• Provide weekly report to management on the status of high priority cases and pre-sales activity.
• 30-50% travelling throughout all sales territories.
• Ultimately, you will be a person our customers trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate technical sales support.

• 5+ years of proven experience in a heavy customer focus position involving and technical knowledge of a companies' products and services.
• 5+ years of technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
• Strong understanding of the following technologies: TCPIP, Networking, Routing, Switching, LAN Extensive Cyber Security experience including Network Security, Firewall, IDS, Sandbox and Security detections.
• Having Linux, Windows administrator, SIEM technology, and Virtualization is a big plus.
• Public/Private cloud, AWS, Azure and Google Cloud application installations and management.
• Degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT, Engineering.

• Generate innovative ideas to promote company's products and services
• Identify and analyze company's main competitors
• Develop and grow long-term relationships with customers
• Negotiate sales and close sales and service contract agreements
• Promote new product/service activities from company to order opportunities
• Responsible for and providing solutions to customer complaints
• Create weekly report for sales opportunities
