Responsibility :
- Manage and maintain originals and soft copies of company licensing and company documents
- Manage and monitor company permit and legality deadlines
- Handle administrative work related to Legal and Compliance
- Take minutes of meeting attended
- Provide regular updates to superiors
- Maintain proper document filing and arrange documents sending to third parties
- Monitor and analyze the latest rules or regulations from regulators supporting Compliance function
- Law graduate, 1-3 years of experiences, with minimum GPA of 3.00
- Have effective interpersonal and fast learning skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Attain proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Attain multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
