1. Reviews, drafts and negotiates a broad range of commercial contracts and ensures that contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory and organization policies.

2. Monitors the contract process to assure compliance with the organization's contractual guidelines, satisfaction of customer specifications and adherence to organization policy.

3. Maintains the legal documentation process relating to both executing standard and unique document documentation process, may also include works with internal business management, other infrastructure groups (e.g., tax, operations) and counterparties to ensure smooth, efficient legal documentation processes.

4. Provide versatile legal support and necessary assistance for the line of business and back office.

5. Conduct the administration support for legal department.

Kualifikasi:

• Pengalaman di bidang Sales

• D3/S1 Jurusan Teknik, terutama Teknik Kimia.

• Usia maksimal 35 tahun 

• Di utamakan berpengalaman di bidang Chemical, Mining, Foundry, Metal Casting dan industry terkait

• Bersedia ke Lapangan dan travel ke tempat pelanggan

• Memahami bahasa Inggris / Mandarin menjadi nilai plus

• Berbadan sehat

• Disiplin, tegas dan bertanggungjawab.

• Mampu bekerja dalam team dan siap mengikuti pengaturan Perusahaan

• Menjaga dan mengelola hubungan pelanggan

• Membaca, memprioritaskan, dan menanggapi pertanyaan pelanggan melalui obrolan langsung, email, panggilan  telepon, dan posting media sosial

• Membedakan keinginan dan masalah utama pelanggan 

• Menggunakan pengetahuan pelanggan Anda untuk membantu mengoptimalkan proses keterlibatan pelanggan dan berkontribusi pada strategi produk

• Mendukung operasi proses pembayaran, bilamana di perlukan

• Memverifikasi dokumentasi pelanggan dan membimbing mereka melalui proses orientasi

• Mampu mengembangkan pangsa pasar dan membuka pasar baru

- Complete the sales targets set by the company and carry out sales work in this industry in a planned manner

- Develop new customers, establish perfect customer information, and complete relevant sales reports

- Maintain good relationship with the existing customers and promote long-term and stable cooperative relations between customers and the company

- Responsible for the customer's accounts receivable recovery in accordance to the time period of collection set by the company

- Participate in sales meetings or organized training of company

- Pay visit to the customer regularly, collect customer feedback, complaints and other information, and forward it to relevant departments in order to improve service quality

- Establish a good relationship with customers to maintain corporate image
