Bertugas melakukan prospekting dan penjualan produk videotron dan sejenisnya ke perusahaan swasta atau instansi pemerintah.

- Complete the sales targets set by the company and carry out sales work in this industry in a planned manner

- Develop new customers, establish perfect customer information, and complete relevant sales reports

- Maintain good relationship with the existing customers and promote long-term and stable cooperative relations between customers and the company

- Responsible for the customer's accounts receivable recovery in accordance to the time period of collection set by the company

- Participate in sales meetings or organized training of company

- Pay visit to the customer regularly, collect customer feedback, complaints and other information, and forward it to relevant departments in order to improve service quality

KUALIFIKASI :

• Mempunyai pengalaman sebagai Sales Executive minimal 2 - 3 tahun di perusahaan Alat Kesehatan.
• Mempunyai relasi yang bagus di RS Swasta/Pemerintah atau fasilitas kesehatan lainnya.
• Usia maksimal 35 tahun
• Area/Domisili : Jakarta, Madiun, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin
• Skill yang dibutuhkan : Communication, Build Partnership, Negotiation, & Presentation Skill.

TUGAS PEKERJAAN :

• Bertanggung jawab terhadap pertumbuhan sales alat kesehatan di area kebutuhan (Jakarta, Madiun, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin) sekitarnya
• Melakukan riset pasar untuk mengetahui potensi dan kebutuhan alat kesehatan di RS/Klinik.
• Dapat berkomunikasi dan bernegosiasi dengan pihak user RS/Klinik.
• Mengembangkan strategi penjualan dan peluang bisnis baru.
• Menyiapkan laporan mingguan dan bulanan ke Sales Supervisor/Manager.

Job Description:

• Bekerja sama dengan Pemasok / Prinsip dan mengelola pelanggan lama dan baru untuk memastikan target penjualan terpenuhi
• Mengembangkan dan menerapkan strategi penjualan yang efektif yang memenuhi atau melampaui tujuan dan sasaran penjualan
• Bertanggung jawab atas seluruh siklus penjualan termasuk penjualan luar ruangan, penawaran, pesanan penjualan, dan tindak lanjut pengiriman
• Melakukan perkiraan dan analisis penjualan dan memberikan pembaruan Laporan Kemajuan Penjualan kepada Manajemen
• Memberikan pelatihan produk dan melakukan presentasi kepada pelanggan
• Bekerja sama dengan tim penjualan atau internal untuk memberikan proposal penjualan

• Responsible for increasing revenue by achieving sales objectives in existing and new accounts.
• Create and manage territory and account strategies to deliver on price and mix objectives.
• Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing and service information on demand.
• Provide product quotes and actively utilize value-selling tools and skills.
• Uncover and assess customer needs and develop and execute Value Proposition (Aligning Value).
• Demonstrate products and/or services and provide assistance in the best application of product and/or services.
• Proactively identify new accounts using screening techniques, referrals, and prospecting to potential customers within territory.
• Develop a thorough understanding of market conditions (e.g., current customers, potential customers, competitors) in assigned territory, and develop a strategy to achieve revenue goals.
• Conduct territory analysis and planning to enable appropriate allocation of time to accounts and customers.
• Responsible for securing and maintaining distribution of products and/or services and maintaining effective agreements.
• Use account management skills to plan and execute customer marketing/growth programs for customers.
• Creatively develop new applications for product lines.
• Channel or Key Accounts Specific:  Responsible for selling to a designated channel. May identify new opportunities within the channel for potential business. Also responsible for needs analysis, development, negotiation, sale, delivery, and post-sale services to a group of clients. 
• Participate in territory planning, customer planning and territory reviews.  Develop and present SWOT analysis and make recommendations on products and growth opportunities.
• Maintain customer profiles and supply agreements.  
• Establish pricing programs and strategies.  Secure optimum product positioning within target accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer experience for business partners and prospects to develop long-term business opportunities.
• Navigate complex problems and structures to determine the best solutions for customer needs.
