1. Oversee and monitor the premium billing process, additional premiums, deposits, and related charges.

2. Manage and track the input of premiums, additional premiums, deposits, and billing for specific worksite premiums.

3. Monitor and follow up on unreconciled cash and pending premium/excess charge matches.

4. Coordinate with relevant departments regarding excess charges and policy benefits, particularly Claims and Policy Services.

5. Oversee and track the process of premium refunds, endorsements, profit sharing, and related charges.

1. Reviews, drafts and negotiates a broad range of commercial contracts and ensures that contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory and organization policies.

2. Monitors the contract process to assure compliance with the organization's contractual guidelines, satisfaction of customer specifications and adherence to organization policy.

Maintains the legal documentation process relating to both executing standard and unique document documentation process, may also include works with internal business management, other infrastructure groups (e.g., tax, operations) and counterparties to ensure smooth, efficient legal documentation processes.
