Executive - Marketing provide support for Marketing Department in terms of day-to-day marketing operational, dealing and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders assigned by Marketing Manager, as well as managing stocks & requests for promotional materials.
1.Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Execute the implementation of Marketing Plan as approved by Managing Director including but not limited to new product launches such as Create Catalogue, promotion tools (BTL & ATL) and engage in event/activity
2.Ā Ā Ā Ā SupportĀ in manageĀ Corporate Digital AssetsĀ (Website and Social Media Platforms) with appointed 3rd party vendorsĀ (FB &IG)Ā and also handling customer compliance from call center
3.Ā Ā Ā Ā Perform market analysis such as competitor analysis, market research and business opportunity for new category
4.Ā Ā Ā Ā Support in A&P management, in part of controlling inventory management and asset management
5.Ā Ā Ā Ā Maintain good relationships with external (ie. 3rd party vendors, Advertising/ Creative Agencies, Health/ Medical Associations, Foundations, etc.)
6.Ā Ā Ā Ā Provide administrative support and good teamwork with internal stakeholders
Perform training and product knowledge education to distributor and/or outletās frontliners
1.Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Diploma or Bachelor degree in any majors
2.Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Prior experience in Sales or Marketing of minimum 1 year; experience in Consumer Healthcare industry is advantage
3.Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Strong in communication; preferably good in English both written and oral Self-starter, well-organized, creative thinking and good negotiating skills
4.Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Able to prioritize tasks according to job demands and deadlines, resulting in high-quality results
5.Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Skilled in fostering positive relationships and effective partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders
6.Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Capable of maintaining accurate records and managing stock efficiently, while providing support for documentation filing.
7.Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Experienced in engaging with third-party vendors and agencies to ensure successful collaborations
8. Shows commitment to following regulatory standards and guidelines.
