Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive room bookings and event sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct product presentations and host site visits for prospective clients.
• Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities, pipelines, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our offerings.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction from inquiry to post-event.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building relationships.
• Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with local market and industry trends is a plus.

• Membantu pelanggan dalam proses pendaftaran atau aktivasi layanan Akulaku PayLater.

• Managing technical team capabilities report and plan
• Preparing technical support team performance reports
• Assisting the Sales team both in presales and post-sales
• Understanding customer's requirements and needs and able to provide the right solutions
• Training, mentoring, evaluating, and motivating the team
• Assign and monitor the workload, set the goals and standards, and provide feedback and guidance
• Communicate the customer needs and expectations, report the performance and issues, and coordinate the resources and solutions
• Handle complex or escalated customer complaints, troubleshoot technical problems, implement policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with quality and security standards

1. Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan dan menawarkan solusi yang tepat melalui produk dan layanan yang tersedia dan menangani masalah pelanggan hingga tuntas.
2. Menyiapkan dan menyampaikan presentasi produk yang informatif dan menarik kepada pelanggan untuk mendemonstrasikan manfaat layanan yang ditawarkan.
3. Menggunakan sistem manajemen hubungan pelanggan (CRM) untuk mencatat aktivitas penjualan dan mengawasi status prospek
4. Berpartisipasi dalam acara pemasaran, pameran, dan seminar untuk memperluas jaringan dan mempromosikan layanan perusahaan.
5. Menilai kinerja penjualan secara berkala dan menyusun laporan tentang pencapaian dan tantangan yang dihadapi untuk mendapatkan dukungan dalam pengembangan strategi penjualan ke depan.
