About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Business & Operations Analyst to join AMODA, a leading construction tech company. In this role, you will deliver key business insights, streamline processes, and optimize operational efficiency. You’ll support our CEO Office by tracking performance metrics, driving data-driven strategies, and ensuring alignment with AMODA’s business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to support strategic decision-making
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights into business performance and operational efficiency
- Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with company growth objectives
- Support project management efforts, including planning, tracking, and execution of key initiatives
- Conduct research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, System Information, Mathematics or a related field
- Min 1 year of experience in business analysis, operations analyst, data analyst, sales operations, sales analyst, or related roles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Retool, Trello) is a plus
- Strong Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, Looker Data Studio, etc)
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to understand the broader business context and align initiatives with organizational goals
