About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Site Engineer, you will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and budgets are met. You will work closely with principal design engineers, project managers, site managers, architects, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality civil construction projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Interpret and review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain construction standards.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, schedules, and other documentation.
• Resolve any technical issues or design conflicts in collaboration with the design and engineering teams.
• Provide technical guidance and training to site workers when required.
• Monitor material usage and inventory to prevent shortages or wastage.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
• Having minimum 2 years work experiences
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other construction management software.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and willingness to travel to various sites.
• Experience working on large-scale civil infrastructure projects and proficient in English is a plus

About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Rendering Specialist to join our dynamic Product team. You will play a key role in creating stunning visualizations of buildings, both exterior and interior, that not only attract potential customers but also enhance the aesthetic value of our products.

Job Responsibilities

• Producing high-quality renderings for building exteriors and interiors using professional software.
• Developing realistic, attractive, and captivating 3D images to enhance visual appeal for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensuring rendering outcomes meet architectural design standards and align with the project concept.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a 3D Renderer or 3D Artist.

• Proficiency in software such as Lumion, Corona, Enscape, D5 Render, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Deep understanding of architectural design principles and aesthetics.
• Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

About The Role

In the Legal - Dispute Resolution Team, you will take care and assure any legal dispute or any potential legal dispute will be acted and resolved accordingly. This team is also responsible to submit legal risk management towards upper-management regarding projects and/or any action from other departments. This team, with the Finance Dept. and the People Dept. will also ensure any misbehaviour, misconduct, and/or any wrongdoing by employees of the Company will be acted accordingly with Company Regulation and applicable law in the Republic of Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities

• Take care of any legal dispute that the Company encounters (non-litigation).
• Implementing measures or formulating plans to address potential legal issues.
• Resolving disputes between the company and employees (e.g., reprimands, written warnings, termination, and bipartite negotiations).
• Resolving any overdue receivables with clients.
• Maintain good communication with external legal providers.

• Bachelor degree of law from a reputable university.

• 1- 2 (two) years Post Qualified Experience (PQE).

• Having an experience in a construction company or reputable law firm would be preferable.

• Having experience in handling legal cases and manpower disputes would be preferable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex legal issues clearly.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving disputes before they escalate.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

About The Role

In Legal - Compliance and Admin Team, you will help and assure Company’s compliance, license, and other parts of compliance matters are aligned with applicable law and regulation in Indonesia. Also you will handle legal administration of the Company and administration of the Legal Team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the internal team with legal requests and/or requirements.
• Manage the company's Intellectual Property rights and conduct audits on IP that may potentially infringe upon the company's IP.
• Responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with legal obligations within the legal system in Indonesia (OSS, LKPM, Construction Reports).
• Responsible for internal regulations within the company (coordinating with the HR team).
• Ensure and update the company's permits and licenses.

• Bachelor degree of law from reputable university

• 1- 2 (two) years Post Qualified Experience (PQE)

• Having an experience in construction company would be preferable

• Having experience in handling OSS and LKPM, also accustomed to dealing and communicating with Government institutions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
