Summaries of Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing event logistics and coordinate details for MICE and wedding events.
• Prepare and maintain event documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
• Support the sales team in scheduling appointments and conducting follow-ups with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client inquiries, bookings, and event plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are fulfilled.
• Assist in creating promotional materials for MICE and wedding offerings.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

• Minimum of 1 years' experience in the same or related position in a large luxury resort or hospitality industry
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail with accuracy, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable

As an Assistant Housekeeper at AYANA Hospitality, you will support the Housekeeping team in maintaining the standards of cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas. You will assist the Executive Housekeeper in supervising the housekeeping staff and ensuring that all areas of the property are presented to the highest standards. This role involves hands-on work, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. You will have the opportunity to contribute to our guests' experiences and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the supervision and training of housekeeping staff.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the cleanliness and quality standards.
• Help in managing the housekeeping inventory and supply levels.
• Schedule and coordinate cleaning assignments to achieve efficient operation.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and assist in various tasks as needed.
• Indonesian citizen preferred.
