Responsibilities

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the reception area, assisting in managing the front desk team, and providing excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations.
• Ensure that guests receive a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate and manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
• Train and mentor front desk staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
