The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting a supportive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
• Support the execution of performance management processes, including feedback and coaching
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and recognition programs
