We are looking for responsible Executive Secretary cum Marketing Communications to provide personalized secretarial and Marketing Communications support in a well-organized and timely manner.

You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager's working life and communication.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the General Manager for all Public Relations and Marketing related issues.
• Maintains a high profile within the media (print and otherwise) circle as well as trade and professional associations dealing with her/ his scope of responsibilities.
• Interacts with individuals outside the Hotel within her scope of responsibility, including, but not limited to journalists, writers, celebrities, clients, local hotel associations, competitors and other members of the local community as directed through local marketing conditions.
• Fully oversees and responsible for the operation and implementation of Public Relation strategies.
• Full responsibility on social media and e-commerce platform.
• To ensure all confidential and sensitive matters are strictly taken care and kept confidential at all times.
• All outgoing memos/letters/forms are properly distributed.
• Attend and screen calls before passing through to General Manager or relevant managers and executives.
• Ensure telephones are answered according to standard and messages are conveyed at all times.
• Ensures that policies and procedures in the hotel are followed.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in communication
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies.
• Experienced in crafting compelling narratives tailored to different segments of audiences and across different channels.
• Familiar with building positive relationships with media partners and influencers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
