General Purpose: The Event Manager coordinates the overall planning and execution of events that are scheduled in the hotel’s event spaces. HEAD BUTLER

As the Head Butler, you will lead and manage a team of butlers to deliver exceptional service and hospitality to guests. Job Purpose

Front Office Operation

2. Responsible for planning, scheduling, controlling, co-coordinating and participating in the activities of all personnel engaged in maintenance activities. 
3. Responsible for the operation of the landscape department, overall condition and maintenance of landscape, repair and up keeping. 
4. Responsible for the security and safety norms

1. Plans, controls and co-ordinates activities of all landscape maintenance personnel engaged in maintenance and repair of landscape.

4. Check regularly the state of cleanliness and hygiene and sanitation of hotel landscape area.

5. Monitor Front Office personnel in particular Butler team to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition at all-time especially for special attention guest and VIP
