Job Scope:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Analyst to join our growth team in driving and enhancing the performance of our products through innovative push marketing and platform marketing strategies. The role will be responsible for managing, analyzing and executing key marketing programs including front and back margin programs for general trade and platform marketing strategies such as vouchers and benefit settings for our Mitras through our app

Responsibilities:

• Push Marketing:
  Design, execute, and optimize front and back margin marketing programs tailored for general trade partners to improve sales and profitability. This includes managing financial incentives and strategic partnerships to drive product demand which includes gimmicks, giveaways, performance incentives for Mitras and end users (farmers).

• Platform Marketing:
  Assess the effectiveness of our platform marketing initiatives. Ensure these programs drive customer acquisition and retention which includes analysis and management of the growth accounting, customer segmentation and prioritization, and hypothesis testing.

• Marketing Program Mix:
  Assess and improve our marketing strategy mix that effectively balance push and platform marketing to support overall business objectives. This includes designing campaigns that optimize product sell-through and inventory movement.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing programs with broader business objectives, ensuring that initiatives are executed seamlessly across departments. Ultimately crafting product development and sales programs that support the overall growth of the business including its execution on the ground together with related teams

• Data-Driven Analytics:
  Use data analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing programs, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies as necessary.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
- Analyze business needs & build dashboard/analytical solutions for stakeholders to support their decision making.
- Improve data quality and resolve data related issues that may occur together with data engineer and other related parties.
- Communicate and present data to stakeholders and manage their expectation
- Design and build data marts to enable self-service analytics

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

   • Lead the monthly management reporting process, including preparing financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
   • Create and maintain performance and budget decks, providing in-depth variance analysis and commentaries on key financial metrics such as revenue, EBIT, SG&A, and cash flow.
   • Conduct scenario analysis to update the business runway and guide decision-making.

2. Treasury Management:

   • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient working capital is available to support business growth.
   • Identify and optimize sources of funds from multiple channels, including bank loans, third-party distributors, and other external financing options.

• Capability Building

  • Planning & Assisting VP of Market Development in running the day-to-day operations

  • Drafting & Building the end-to-end capabilities from demand planning to AR collection

• Day-to-day operations

  • Coordinate with other division to ensure the SOPs are set to onboard clients

• Membuat & upadate dashboard penawaran dan procurement dari source data S&OP
• Memonitor proses procurement dari Penawaran-inbound secara harian, mingguan dan bulanan
• Menggali insight/ issue dari pencapaian KPI tim, membuat report dan dapat memberikan rekomendasi planning berdasarkan temuan tersebut
• Berkomunikasi dengan divisi lain yang berhubungan dengan procurement
• Memastikan dan melengkapi dokumen vendor sebelum dan setelah transaksi
• Menganalisa performa vendor, harga beli dan situasi pasar
• Memastikan end to end process Procurement berjalan sesuai dengan SLA
• Membuat pengajuan terkait budget bulanan tim Procurement dan report dari aktualisasi penggunaan
• Kolaborasi dengan Procurement tim di lapangan
