We are looking for a creative and data-driven Brand Strategist to define, execute, and elevate our brand identity and market positioning. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, crafting impactful narratives, and delivering cohesive messaging across all channels to inspire and engage our target audience in Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a brand strategy aligned with the company’s mission and goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels, including tone, voice, and visuals.
- Track brand performance (awareness, sentiment, engagement) and adjust strategies as needed.
- Lead and execute brand campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment across all initiatives.
- Create content that supports campaigns and business goals, ensuring it reflects the brand’s voice.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. preferably
- 3–5 years of experience in brand strategy or marketing, in Fintech, Financial Service, or Tech Company.
- Proven expertise in building and managing brand strategies for B2B or B2C segments.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Creativity and a strong eye for detail in crafting compelling brand narratives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
