Agent Network is currently expanding, we are targeting to grow more than 20x in 2025. In order to win the market we need to expand our supplier base upon which we can develop a competitive platform. The goals for the Partnership team are competitive, completeness and availability.

Onboarding new suppliers

• Conduct market research, analyze market trends, identify key potential products and potential suppliers
• Build establish productive relationship with suppliers
• Lead price negotiation process (liaise with Procurement Team)
• Lead contracting process (liaise with Legal Team)

Managing supplier base

• Define and monitor KPI and performance metrics for each suppliers
• Develop monitoring tools
• Build effective communication channel with all the supplier for issue resolutions
• Conduct regular reporting to management

Managing supply operations

• Monitor and ensure product availability, success transaction, on time performance in the platform
• Vendor deposit management

• A bachelor degree from reputable university
• A strong background and a minimum 4 years experience in managing partnership of telco products and/or partnership operations in similar platform
• Good communication and negotiation skill is a must
• Strong network particularly in telco and PPOB industry
• Able to effectively working with multiple stakeholders
• Capable of leading the team
• Strong data analytical skills is mandatory and data query capabilities is massive plus points
• Have a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and pursue business opportunities

About the role

As our Senior Accounting Specialist, you will get a chance to handle the financial record, reconcile the data and maintain supporting documents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all accounting records have been recorded correctly and in timely manner
• Maintain monthly closing and regular reporting on time

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Social Media Specialist to lead and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms. This role is crucial in enhancing brand presence, driving audience engagement, and achieving measurable business goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in social media management, campaign strategy, and content creation, coupled with a strong understanding of analytics and emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development & Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through social platforms.
• Identify and adapt to emerging social media trends and technologies to ensure competitive advantage.

2. Content Creation & Management

• Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content tailored to target audiences across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X.).
• Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams (designers, copywriters, videographers) and external agencies to produce impactful content.

3. Community Management

• Engage with audiences, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster a strong online community.
• Monitor and manage brand reputation across all platforms.

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, CTR, conversions) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Generate actionable insights and provide regular reports to stakeholders, optimizing campaigns based on data-driven recommendations.

5. Campaign Management

• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal budget allocation and ROI.
• Experiment with creative formats and ad placements to maximize impact.

• 3-5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a senior role.
• Proven track record of successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and business results.
• Deep knowledge of all major social media platforms (Meta, Google, Tiktok, X)

• Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, social listening tools, etc.) to track performance.

The candidate is required to demonstrate sensible business acumen to plan sales campaigns & activation, as well as the necessary technical skill sets: data crunching, campaign performance analysis, and marketing tools usage such as but not limited to: email, SMS/WhatsApp marketing. Well knowledge of optimization and marketing tools [Insider, Mailchimp, etc], relevant experience within fintech and or P2P companies will be a plus. 

Job description: 

• Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy 
• Create strategy and optimization for Google Ad campaigns (SEM, Discovery, GDN, UAC, etc) 
• Create strategy and optimization for Social Ads ( Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tiktok Ads) 
• Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO) 
• Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS (Return of Ads Spend) 
• Supervise the paid listings on third party websites and media partners 
• Collab with CRM team to create strategy and optimization for email marketing campaigns (EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, loyalty campaigns, etc.) 
• Supervise all performance tracker and measure all marketing campaigns 
• Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimization action plans to sales and marketing teams 
• Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets 

• Up to 5 years of experience as Project Manager, Digital marketing, Campaign Planner, Product Marketing, or other relevant roles 
• Proficient in spoken and written English 
• Proficient with Microsoft excel, google sheet, and data analytics tools for generating insights. 
• Proficient with digital marketing tools i.e. Adjust, mix panel, clevertap, ahrefs, sms tools, etc ● Google Ads Search and Display certified
