You will be joining a tight-knit Corporate Finance & Strategy Team as a Corporate Finance Analyst, where you will get the chance to have direct exposure to C suites and key stakeholders, including international institutional lenders and equity investors. Deep analytical skills, project management, and the ability to present insights are a must-have to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
Main responsibility: Investor relations
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other deliverables
- Repairing responses to stakeholders’ queries along with the supporting data
- Manage good relationships with the counterpart team
Secondary responsibility: Fundraise
- Assisting fundraise PMO
- Desktop research (eg: industry, competitor analysis)
- 1-3 years working experience, fresh graduate with relevant internship experience are welcome
- Ability in financial/business analysis
- Knowledge of basic financial reports & accounting principles
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactive
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
- Prior consulting, advisory, VC, and corporate finance experience/internship is a major plus
