About the team

Agent Network is currently expanding, we are targeting to grow more than 20x in 2025. In order to win the market we need to expand our supplier base upon which we can develop a competitive platform. The goals for the Partnership team are competitive, completeness and availability.

Onboarding new suppliers

• Conduct market research, analyze market trends, identify key potential products and potential suppliers
• Build establish productive relationship with suppliers
• Lead price negotiation process (liaise with Procurement Team)
• Lead contracting process (liaise with Legal Team)

Managing supplier base

• Define and monitor KPI and performance metrics for each suppliers
• Develop monitoring tools
• Build effective communication channel with all the supplier for issue resolutions
• Conduct regular reporting to management

Managing supply operations

• Monitor and ensure product availability, success transaction, on time performance in the platform
• Vendor deposit management

• A bachelor degree from reputable university
• A strong background and a minimum 4 years experience in managing partnership of telco products and/or partnership operations in similar platform
• Good communication and negotiation skill is a must
• Strong network particularly in telco and PPOB industry
• Able to effectively working with multiple stakeholders
• Capable of leading the team
• Strong data analytical skills is mandatory and data query capabilities is massive plus points
• Have a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and pursue business opportunities

About the role

As our Senior Accounting Specialist, you will get a chance to handle the financial record, reconcile the data and maintain supporting documents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all accounting records have been recorded correctly and in timely manner
• Maintain monthly closing and regular reporting on time 
• Maintain all supporting documents, including to support audit process
• Assist Lead to align with business/product team to set accounting entries for new product
• Monitoring audit and accounting issues

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 3-4  years of accounting experience in Fintech Industry (Off Balance Sheet would be plus)
• Able to manage monthly closing and reporting 
• Has experience of project new  system migration 
• Familiar with Accounting Principles and Journaling
• Proficiency in Excel, Data Analysis  or Spreadsheet
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members and external division
