3. Campaign Execution:
• Oversee performance marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle initiatives to meet KPIs.
• Leverage data insights to optimize acquisition and engagement efforts across channels.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with product, business development, and customer experience teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps.
• Act as a bridge between marketing and operations to ensure smooth implementation of campaigns.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Use analytics to monitor customer behavior and campaign performance.
• Generate insights to inform future strategies and enhance ROI.

• Experience:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or digital-first companies.
• Proven success in growing digital products or financial services offerings.
• Preferred Background:
• Previous business experience in lending products, investment products, or payment products
• Previous roles in product management, marketing, business development, or sales management.
• Hands-on experience in performance marketing, customer lifecycle management, or digital adoption initiatives.

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Social Media Specialist to lead and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms. This role is crucial in enhancing brand presence, driving audience engagement, and achieving measurable business goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in social media management, campaign strategy, and content creation, coupled with a strong understanding of analytics and emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development & Execution

• Analyze customer behaviors across offline and online channels, focusing on acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics.

5. Stakeholder Communication:

1. Experience:
• 4 - 8 years in marketing or digital analytics.
