1. Handling learning administrative (handling & assist request, manage schedules, records, booking room for offline meeting, etc) and logistic needs
2. Generating learning reports
3. Maintaining learning data and records
4. Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants

As Department Head Remedial, you must be able to lead team to achieve amount collected target (DPD >60) and NPL Ratio that has been set by company and ensure that all of team member work optimally and based on company’s SOP.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to collected borrower with DPD >60 (Exclude WO)
• Lead team to achieve target that set by company
• Evaluate and close monitoring performance team
• Ensure collection activity based on the company's SOP
• Build and maintain networking with third party that related to collection activity
• Coordination with internal Amartha which is relate to collection activity (especially business, regional, area and branch)

• At least 3 years as supervisor / leader / manager in collection with minmum Diploma degree
• Have strong leadership and excellent integrity
• Have strong understanding with geographic and characteristic some area
• Have excellent communication skill and good in negotiation
• Proven ability to lead team
• Have good understanding in legal aspect of collection activity is a plus
• Willing to cover for all Sulawesi Region

Sebagai Area Manager, posisi ini akan bertanggung jawab atas keseluruhan pengelolaan & monitoring Kantor Point/Cabang meliputi:

• Memastikan seluruh KPI Cabang di lingkup Area dapat dicapai dengan baik, termasuk di dalamnya:
• Memastikan kualitas dan kuantitas portofolio berkembang sesuai dengan tujuan dan sasaran yang ditetapkan oleh Amartha
• Memastikan proses perekrutan, pelayanan dan pendampingan mitra dilakukan sesuai dengan SOP dan

• Pendidikan terakhir minimum Sarjana
• Memiliki pengalaman bertanggung jawab dalam memimpin minimal 2 Cabang
• Berpengalaman memimpin lebih dari 5-10 anggota tim
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di Micro Finance sebagai Koordinator/Supervisor/Kepala Cabang/Area Manager

About the role

As our next Quality Assurance, you will get a chance to help our customer, by recommending improvements, and develop automation to scale our testing process. You will actively collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and DevOps to help Amartha to deliver innovative and delightful user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Improving, enhancing, automating: acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
• Create test automation script for API and UI automation to improve the regression test efficiency
• Create load-test script to assess the scalability of our system
• Create security scan test to detect vulnerability of our system
• Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
• Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
• Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
• Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve program

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferably Computer Science / Information Technology)
• Has a minimum of 3 years experience in the related field
• Experience with testing and testing automation tools: Robot Framework, Katalon Studio, Locust, Artillery, Browserstack, ZAP
• Experience with API testing automation, UI Automation, Loadtest, and Security Scan
• Knowledge and understanding of modern development techniques, branching strategies (gitflow, feature branches / flags, trunk-based development) and CI/CD
• Understanding the need for testing automation at all levels: from database to UI
• Possesses good problem solving skills (able to identify problems and find simple solutions). Able to think out-of-the-box
