ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; prepares reports; supervises and maintains regular accounting processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry-specific guidelines
• Daily task costing ( update standard cost for new items, checking inventory and expense and propose journal reclassify to RTR team by weekly basis )
• Performing month-end cost accounting close and ensure all deadlines are met (month end schedule cut off, liaise with Wh and Ops team for reconciliation raw materials, work-in-progress and finished-goods stock, recons stock on hand in system vs production report, month end closed costing ERP system )
• Controls inventory including evaluation of product cost, bill or material accuracy, period physical inventory, etc.
• Preparing and calculate for scrap analysis
• Preparing and calculate for cost of  good manufacture & cost of goods sold reports
• Maintaining cost accounting system and cost ledger (reconciliation system vs journal entries adjustment)
• Analyzing inventory valuations 
• Analyzing & Monitoring unit cost variance (Comparing actual costs to standard costs to identify deviations and investigate the reasons behind them)
• Analyzing and liaising with GPD team related inventory standard cost (establishing and maintaining standard costs for products or services in ERP system)
• Liaise with the FPA team regarding Report analysis on margins by product and product line (Calculating the costs associated with producing specific products or services & eEvaluating profitability by analyzing cost structures against selling prices)
• Supporting and responsible for ad hoc requirement related costing ( regional report, internal & external audit )
• Responsible for managing the hardcopy/ supporting document with proper and tidy filling.
• Utilizing various accounting and cost management software to input, track, and analyze cost-related data.

• Responsible for managing the end-to-end process of invoice handling, ensuring process invoices for accuracy, matching invoices with purchase orders and receipts, completeness documents, and proper approval.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in A/P & Treasury processes.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to A/P, including reconciliation, providing data and reports related to accounts payable, GRNI, and cash balance for financial reporting.
• Approve and validate A/P PO invoices, expense reports to A/P, application payment vendors
• Administer cash management, bank account administration, bank service fees, treasury accounting support, and foreign exchange.
• Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors, responding to vendor inquiries, and resolving payment-related issues.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, banking, and other functional area.
• Responsible for managing daily cash positions and ensuring sufficient liquidity, monitoring, and analyzing cash flow forecasts.
• Actively participate in the management of banking relationships.
• Responsible for preparing reports on A/P & treasury activities for management and compliance requirements ( internal and external)
• Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing efficiency measures in the A/P and Treasury area.

• Responsible for increasing revenue by achieving sales objectives in existing and new accounts.
• Create and manage territory and account strategies to deliver on price and mix objectives.
• Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing and service information on demand.
• Provide product quotes and actively utilize value-selling tools and skills.
• Uncover and assess customer needs and develop and execute Value Proposition (Aligning Value).
• Demonstrate products and/or services and provide assistance in the best application of product and/or services.
• Proactively identify new accounts using screening techniques, referrals, and prospecting to potential customers within territory.
• Develop a thorough understanding of market conditions (e.g., current customers, potential customers, competitors) in assigned territory, and develop a strategy to achieve revenue goals.
• Conduct territory analysis and planning to enable appropriate allocation of time to accounts and customers.
• Responsible for securing and maintaining distribution of products and/or services and maintaining effective agreements.
• Use account management skills to plan and execute customer marketing/growth programs for customers.
• Creatively develop new applications for product lines.
• Channel or Key Accounts Specific:  Responsible for selling to a designated channel. May identify new opportunities within the channel for potential business. Also responsible for needs analysis, development, negotiation, sale, delivery, and post-sale services to a group of clients. 
• Participate in territory planning, customer planning and territory reviews.  Develop and present SWOT analysis and make recommendations on products and growth opportunities.
• Maintain customer profiles and supply agreements.  
• Establish pricing programs and strategies.  Secure optimum product positioning within target accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer experience for business partners and prospects to develop long-term business opportunities.
• Navigate complex problems and structures to determine the best solutions for customer needs.
• Collaborate with other business units to evaluate volume, identify trends, ensure quality, and monitor budgets.
