ABOUT YOUR ROLE : 

You will be responsible for Account Payable and Taxation. You will be based in Cikarang. This is a 5 months contractual role. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Prepare VAT invoices and key in VAT 
• Prepare reconciliation of tax accounts, tax payment and tax reporting
• Prepare Withholding certificates and send to Vendors
• Input, Journal daily transactions and checking the completeness of supporting documents
• Communicate with users, vendors and SSO team
• Prepare Payments
• Administration work and filling
• Support on audit

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

You will coordinate activities with cross-functional teams to meet business needs and customer requirements. This is a contractual role for 6 months.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Handle material slitting planning, and ensure sufficient orders are released to production, optimizing capacity.
• Coordinate material arrival for production planning to ensure smooth operation and continued customer supply.
• Follow up shortages/upsurge with Planner on ETA and escalate issues affecting customer delivery.
• Monitor aging stock, clear aging stock/samples, slow-move inventory and write off requests.
• Monitor and update daily basis shipment schedule and coordinate activities with Logistics, Warehouse, Production Planner, and Customer Service as required.
• Tracking Return Goods and CN/DN issuance.
• Ensure accurate and prompt information flow to the internal team daily to ensure requests are responded to timely.
• Liaise with transporters on customer delivery arrangements.
• To ensure sample requisition is fulfilled.
• Back up to other OF team members during their absence.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

You will be responsible  for order processing, order follow up, product inquiries, on-time deliveries to help elevate customer satisfaction. This is a CONTRACTUAL role for 6 months.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Responsible for order processing to ensure all purchase orders are being executed promptly, customer-required delivery date/times are being met at all times.
• Sales order credit hold check, cash in advance - payment check.
• Daily email backlogs updates to customers.
• Bi-weekly indent orders updates to customers.
• Be able to provide product and quality information and excellent response to customers.
• Coordinate clearing aging inventory and slow-move inventory.
• CS support administrative tasks when needed, CS back up

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

You will have two primary responsibilities; 

• The training curriculum, execution and ongoing market support of Avery Dennison & Mactac branded products for the Thailand and Vietnam countries specializing in Paint Protection Film (PPF), Wrapping films (SWF, UWF) and Automotive Window Films (AWF). 
• Managing the Training & technical support with our Technical, Marketing & Commercial organizations.

The purpose & scope of the role:

• Be integral to the Automotive Solutions segment for Thailand and Vietnam by driving customer-focused value-added services, application & warranty support and internal/external training programs aligned with local business strategy.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Technical lead and support the implementation of the Automotive Solutions strategy across Thailand and Vietnam
• Develop and deliver market-leading PPF, SWF and Automotive Window Film application workshops, providing up-to-date and relevant content and practical skills to users of Avery Dennison products.
• Manage the Training & technical support in collaboration with Technical, Marketing & Commercial stakeholders. 
• Lead internal technical upskilling of our Technical, Marketing & Commercial teams in the areas of PPF, SWF and  AWF applications.
• Technical lead for the development and management of template design and maintenance
• Assess critical warranty claims, identify root causes and develop corrective action plans
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and training-related events within the Automotive industry for professional development 
• Support the implementation and certification of the Specialist Converter and Installer Network throughout Thailand and Vietnam
• Regularly research the latest training trends and resources within the Automotive industry
• Undertake and deliver on objectives for special new product introduction, application and research projects as required
• Drive quality initiatives ensuring total quality satisfaction for our customers.
• Actively support the Avery Dennison ICS Warranty Program by qualifying and issuing ICS Warranties in Thailand and Vietnam for programs identified by sales and marketing staff.
• Support the evaluation in qualifying raw materials & new products by understanding customer needs and evaluation (VOC) for locally, regionally or globally manufactured products
• Review and produce technical documentation for Thailand and Vietnam; Including Product Data Sheets and Instructional Bulletins
• Recommend processes and procedures for Technical support for distribution and converter customers in conjunction with Technical Marketing, Sales & Marketing teams
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports in relation to technical activities.
• Joint field calls with strategic customers to help deliver incremental business through targeted share-gain programs 
• Build & maintain professional and regular contact with Divisions overseas U.S, Europe and Asia Pacific to ensure relationships and information flow
• Interstate and international travel for training, conferences and meetings will be required up to monthly
