Main Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with KOLs that align with BIOTA’s mission and brand.
• Design and implement collaborative campaigns that leverage KOL platforms to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
• Track and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns, providing insights and adjustments as needed to improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate KOL strategies into larger marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities regarding influencer marketing.
• Build and maintain a database of potential and existing KOL partnerships.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer or KOL marketing, preferably in technology or consumer products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful KOL campaigns and partnerships.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and the impact of KOLs on consumer behavior.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
