Role Overview
As a KOL Specialist at BIOTA Smart Home, you will be a key player in enhancing our brand’s presence through strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders. Your role will involve developing and executing initiatives that not only promote our products but also resonate with our target audience, driving both engagement and sales.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with KOLs that align with BIOTA’s mission and brand.
- Design and implement collaborative campaigns that leverage KOL platforms to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
- Track and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns, providing insights and adjustments as needed to improve effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate KOL strategies into larger marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities regarding influencer marketing.
- Build and maintain a database of potential and existing KOL partnerships.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer or KOL marketing, preferably in technology or consumer products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful KOL campaigns and partnerships.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and the impact of KOLs on consumer behavior.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
