WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Ensure all shipment invoices are created in a timely manner
• Release invoice to shipper
• Issuing final invoice to network, once confirmation received
• Obtain receipt voucher from finance/cashier, for cash customer’s invoices
• Release documents to shipper/consignee/or their assigned broker
• Follow up payment for COD customer
• Invoice & document setting, invoice barcode, and submission

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• Min. Diploma’s Degree or relevant qualification majoring in international trade or logistics related
• Have knowledge about freight forwarding industry in import and export
• Detailed and careful with paperwork

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Collect documents from Operation
• Checking and ensure hardcopy documents are complete and matched with softcopy documents
• Sorting and Grouping document by customer name
• Barcode for Internal transfer and Dispatch invoice
• Preparing documents as per customer requirements

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• Currently pursuing min. Diploma majoring in Transportation and/or Logistics major (fresh graduated are welcome to apply)
• Good knowledge in Excel
• Communicative, proactive, able to work together/work independently
• Willing to work from office from Monday to Friday
