You will be responsible for end-to-end audit process on the branches / representative offices.

• Validate consumer data related to the customer acquisition process to determine any indications of irregularities / anomalies
• Conduct field checks on the consumer acquisition, application, and collection processes carried out by branch staffs according to Field Audit procedures in order to minimize deviations in business procedures and find potentials of frauds.
• Conduct field checks on third parties related to the business process.
• Collect the truth of information and supporting evidence to strengthen findings in the field and ensure all chronological sequences of events so that all parties involved can know and recommend any sanctions for irregularities that occur.
• Conduct re-checks in the field on reports from Internal parties to ensure that all work procedures have been carried out properly and correctly.
• Follow up on information obtained from internal or external parties regarding incorrect work processes.
• Account for all findings/validation results independently and professionally.

1. Berkoordinasi dengan tim BD-Sales untuk kebutuhan ekspansi (baik untuk kota baru maupun existing), termasuk
kebutuhan coworking space, storage training room dan meeting room)
2. Negosiasi dan koordinasi dengan vendor terkait pengadaan kebutuhan ekspansi (office space dan storage),
barang, dan jasa (internet, cctv, konstruksi) di kantor cabang
3. Melakukan fit out untuk ekspansi kantor cabang (ruko)
4. Bertanggung jawab untuk mengawasi operasional kantor wilayah Jawa Timur, wilayah Indonesia bagian tengah
dan timur, diantaranya:
a. Berkoordinasi dengan user di kantor cabang serta pengadaan untuk kebutuhan rutin kantor seperti Sanitasi,
ATK, Pantry, kursi, lemari, dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya
b. Maintenance fasilitas kantor cabang yang berupa ruko seperti menjadwalkan cuci rutin AC, membersihkan
toren air, maintenance building checklist dan pengajuan perbaikan apabila ada yang rusak)
c. Mengatur dan mengawasi pekerjaan OB di kantor cabang
5. Submit pembayaran (FPR) ke tim Finance untuk kebutuhan kantor cabang (Sampah, IPL, dll) serta melakukan
pencatatan Petty Cash dan membuat report pengeluarannya setiap 2 minggu
6. Melakukan update data Opex dan Capex setiap bulannya
7. Support stock opname aset tahunan untuk kantor cabang

• Melakukan penagihan kepada nasabah melalui Telepon
• Melakukan pengecekan akun nasabah untuk mengidentifikasi hutang yang belum dibayarkan
• Melakukan negosiasi tenggat waktu pembayaran atau rencana pembayaran nasabah
• Menyelidiki serta menyelesaikan perbedaan yang terjadi dengan maksud untuk menumbuhkan rasa saling percaya antara debitur sehingga tidak menimbulkan masalah di kemudian hari
