• Source candidates from multiple channels and make recommendation for new channels
• Shortlist candidates and select the best from our pool of applicants
• Keep track of open positions, hiring funnel, and new headcount requisition from users
• Prepare reports of hiring funnel, turnover rate, and interview results of candidates

• Propose and coordinate HR projects

• Responsible for the claims handling overall for Gadget / MPAR category
• Ensure that the SLA targets that have been set for each client can be achieved well in terms of review and payment
• Ensure that the aftersales vendors can run well in the workflow which includes Service Center / Logistics Providers / others as necessary
• Control the daily activities of the Claims Analyst team in making sure they are working productively to resolve claims within SLA and within guidelines for Gadget / MPAR category
• Create client and insurer claim loss ratio performance reports, weekly, monthly for Gadget / MPAR category
• Establish good relationships with Claims team in insurers to ensure smooth working flow
• Able to negotiate strongly to insurers on behalf of customers claim needs and queries
• Hold a daily morning briefing with the claims team to discuss claims pending statuses and handling of incoming claims and backlog for Gadget / MPAR category
• Actively evaluate current SOPs in claims handling and work towards improvement in processes

• Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
• Monitor and manage social media platforms, career websites, and other channels to showcase the company's culture, values, and employee experiences.
• Create compelling content (e.g., videos, articles, social posts, etc.) to highlight employee experiences, success stories, and company events
• Collaborate with talent acquisition team to represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and industry networking opportunities to promote the employer brand.

Employee Engagement:

• Design and implement engagement programs to foster a positive work environment and improve employee satisfaction.
• Organize internal events, such as team bonding activities, wellness programs, town halls, and other engagement related programs.
• Handle end to end administrative tasks for employee team building activities
• Support onboarding processes to create a seamless and engaging experience for new hires.
