What we’re looking for: Project and Digital Accounts Manager
As our Full-Time Projects and Account Manager, you'll be leading the way in our client relationships. This position isn't solely about managing communications; it's about taking ownership of them. You'll be the guiding influence, ensuring our clients' journeys are smooth.
Your Mission:
- Lead and inspire a team, managing 5-7 high-value eCommerce clients.
- Oversee projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with a talented team of Copywriters and Designers to create impactful campaigns.
- Develop and execute innovative email marketing strategies using Klaviyo, setting new benchmarks for client success
- Ensure excellent client communication to drive satisfaction and ROI, while also generating ideas and creating brief overviews for client flows.
- Conduct quality checks for designs to ensure they meet standards, including reviewing product titles and ensuring consistency.
We Need You to Have:
- At least 1 year of experience in client-facing/ customer service and project / team manager roles, demonstrating your marketing flair.
- Availability Mon-Fri. Can choose one between these two shifts.
- 8am to 4pm UK Time with occasional calls up to 7pm UK Time (You can slide your shift)
- 12pm to 9pm GMT with occasional calls up up to 11pm GMT (You can slide your shift)
- Fluent English skills and previous remote work experience.
- Familiarity with Trello, Slack, and G-Suite. Experience using Klaviyo is a plus!
- A results-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Quick learning and adaptability skills.
- A laptop or PC with a stable internet connection and a professional workspace.
