What you will do:

• Strategic Planning and Execution
• Develop Annual PR Plan: Create and implement a yearly PR plan aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Integrated Marketing Communications: Ensure PR activities are integrated with other marketing initiatives for maximum impact.
• Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to mitigate potential reputational damage.
• Regional Coordination: Collaborate with regional communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
• Media Relations and Management
• Media Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media personnel to foster positive brand coverage.
• Media Monitoring: Monitor media coverage and analyze brand sentiment to identify opportunities and threats.
• Media Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to media inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
• Brand Management and Reputation
• Brand Reputation: Protect and enhance the company's brand reputation.
• Brand Awareness: Increase brand awareness through targeted PR campaigns.
• Additional Responsibilities
• Support talent division to manage Internal Communications activities
• Market Entry: Develop and implement PR strategies for new market entries or product launches.
• Manage relationships with PR vendors, media monitoring tools, and other vendors. i.e. Isentia for press release distribution,and mediia monitoring.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing & Communication major
• Skillful in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in Public Relations/ Corporate Communications/ Internal Communications/ Journalist role previously
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Possess writing and copywriting skills
• Creative and enthusiastic
• Ability to multitask and fast learner
• Willing and flexible to travel
• Location base: Jakarta
