As a Marketing Communication Intern, you will support our marketing and communications team in executing various initiatives and campaigns. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to learn about marketing strategies, content creation, and communication practices within the fintech sector. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into the industry.

What you will do:

• Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content for marketing and PR materials, including social media updates, press releases, media kits, newsletters, website copy and blog posts.

About this role

What you will do :

Talent Acquisition and Coordination :

• Assist the Recruiter team in making cold calls to potential candidates in Indonesia and making the first call with candidates.
• Screen resumes for active applicants, provide feedback to the Recruiter team, and help maintain and update the recruitment database.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.

Employer Branding :

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create and execute employer branding initiatives that highlight our company culture and values.
• Develop and share engaging content on social media, career websites, and other channels to showcase our workplace and employee experiences.

• Indonesian citizen (visa sponsorship is not provided).
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills.

Additional information :

The Treasury Intern will be reporting to Treasury Manager – Investor Reporting.

What you will do :

• To assist Treasury Manager in re-organizing all Investor reporting related working files to make it easier to read and use by all team/stakeholders
• To assist Treasury Manager in drafting all Investor reporting related process flow and framework in Confluence Page
• To assist Treasury Manager in work on automation of quarterly/monthly reporting by partnering with Data Team and Cascade
• To summarize top 10 questions/requests from external Investor as well as internal stakeholders and due diligence and help to prepare standardized answer / format for the top questions/requests
• Work together with Corporate Development team to set up a more systematic way in gathering data/information from Treasury (for due diligence and other projects)
• To assist Treasury Manager in quarterly AUP audit

As a Data Analytics Intern, you will be part of a larger Data Analytics team and work directly with a senior data analyst, to communicate your findings and build strategies around them.

What you will do:

• Provide support to overall Data Analytics team, specifically Growth domain
• Understand business problems from the department, identify and document requirements and data needed to solve them

As a Data Analytics Intern (Finance), you will be part of a regional function working to support the finance department in Funding Societies. The role requires using a mix of skills including analysis, effective communication, creative problem solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to solve complex finance related business problems.

What you will do:

• Data Warehousing: Performing daily data operations tasks, such as pipeline checking, backfilling data, root cause analysis. 
• Automation: Build automation for some finance data alerts & checkers
• Dashboard: Assist dashboard operational tasks includes checking refresh schedules and updating 
• Operational: Support ad-hoc projects or duties and document the finance data glossary  assigned from time to time
