Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join our team. The Contract Manager will be responsible for negotiating and drafting contracts and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, managing contract amendments and modifications, resolving disputes, collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring contract performance, maintaining relationships with business units and vendors, and providing assistance to the Head of Legal.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft contracts and legal documents.
- Review contract terms and conditions and ensure compliance.
- Manage contract amendments, modifications, and disputes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and monitor contract performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business units and vendors.
- Assist the Head of Legal as needed.
- Provide final approval for translated documents (proofreading).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in law or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience.
- Total of 10 years of experience in contract management or related field.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- In-depth understanding of legal and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
