As the DevSecOps Manager at Kartu Prakerja,you will be at the forefront of orchestrating and overseeing our development, security, and operations. Job Descriptions:

1. Lead and mentor a team of DevSecOps engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
2. Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable and secure CI/CD pipelines, integrating robust security protocols.
3. Manage infrastructure and configuration with a focus on security, performance, and reliability.
4. Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate infrastructure requirements with a security-first approach.
5. Proactively monitor and troubleshoot production systems, quickly addressing and mitigating security vulnerabilities and operational issues.
6. Develop and enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring the safeguarding of company systems and sensitive data.
7. Keep abreast of the latest developments in DevSecOps practices and tools, championing their adoption within the organization.
8. Administer cloud infrastructure and services, with a focus on secure configurations and compliance
9. Lead initiatives to enhance our system's resilience against cyber threats and ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.

• Proven experience in a DevSecOps leadership role, particularly in high-traffic, public sector environments.
• Expertise in secure CI/CD pipeline construction and management (Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI, etc.).
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) with a focus on security.
• Strong scripting skills in languages like Bash, Python, or Ruby, with an emphasis on automating security tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform), integrating security best practices.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure as code, with a focus on secure deployment.
• Familiarity with event-driven platforms (Kafka, NSQ, RabbitMQ) and their secure implementation.
• Background in secure microservices architecture development or design.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, especially in the context of security challenges.
