Contract Life Cycle management:

• Daily trade confirmation monitoring & reconciliation (completeness/coherence check)

Invoicing & Cash management:

• Daily invoice booking (Goods, Transport, Logistic Services, Claims, Broker commission)

• Original invoices must be obtained and archived for 10 years in compliance with local government policy.
• Each invoice copy is accompanied by sets of supporting documents, aiding in validation. User ensures any missing documents or corrections are obtained from the supplier/vendor.
• Ageing balance monitoring

Master data management:

• Collect & Verify mandatory documents related to Secondary cost counterparty creations / updates
• Collect & Verify mandatory documents related to bank account creations / updates

• Perform sampling of tank products and conduct thorough inspections and analyses of refined glycerine products.
• Ensure all procedures and regulations are followed accurately and report all inspection and analysis results.
• Analyze samples related to the selection of new suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Verify the results of analyses and ensure the accuracy and functionality of supporting instruments and equipment.
• Conduct laboratory trials and prepare detailed trial reports.
• Analyze data and provide informed decisions and recommendations to superiors based on the analysis.
• Prepare and maintain Daily Production Reports (DPR) focusing on quality and quantity metrics.
• Report on the availability of analytical support materials, including glassware, chemicals, and instrument spare parts.
• Maintain and preserve all documents related to analysis and inspection results.
• Coordinate with Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) and production teams to ensure quality standards are met.

I. Responsible Sourcing Certification Implementation:

• Coordinate and support activities related to the implementation of LDC Coffee’s Responsible Sourcing certification, ensuring compliance with industry standards and ethical sourcing practices.
• Collaborate with Agronomists, Field Technicians, and external stakeholders (suppliers, auditors, experts) to ensure farmers meet certification requirements.
• Maintain and track progress of certified farms and work to expand the certification program in line with the established RS business plan.

II. Stronger Coffee Initiative Coordination:

• Support the coordination and execution of the Stronger Coffee Initiative, a global program aimed at strengthening partnerships with coffee farmers, improving their livelihoods, and fostering sustainable farming practices.
• Work closely with the SCI manager and the Sustainability team to ensure alignment with global sustainability goals and commercial plans in executing on-farm activities (farmer training programs, carbon removal via agroforestry, regenerative demo-plots, etc.).
• Monitor and report on the impact of the Stronger Coffee Initiative, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

III. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and certification bodies to ensure smooth execution of programs.
• Foster strong relationships with coffee farmers, suppliers, local communities, and industry partners to promote sustainability and responsible sourcing practices.

IV. Data Management & Reporting:

• Supervise data collection by Field Technicians and work closely with the Sustainability Analyst on data analysis to ensure that all initiatives are tracked, evaluated, and communicated to key stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on progress towards sustainability goals for project donors and internal stakeholders, identifying key achievements, challenges, and next steps.

V. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest sustainability trends, certification requirements (e.g., EUDR, 4C, Rainforest Alliance), and key topics such as Regenerative Agriculture, Carbon Reduction Strategies, and Living Income benchmarks.
• Propose and implement best practices to enhance the impact of sustainability programs across all regions.

• Manage, organize, and control activities related to daily inventory management across LDC palm oil assets, including inbound/outbound and production planning to ensure smooth execution of commercial strategy.
• Provide meaningful insights by collecting and analyze data related to operations, including inventory levels, asset utilization, production performance and cost breakdown.
• Identify patterns, trends and areas for improvement based on data analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to management.
• Utilize data modeling techniques and advanced Excel skills to create models, charts and simulations that effectively communicate complex data sets into a simple story.
• Apply profit-minded mindset into all analysis and decision-making by evaluating commercial opportunities and identifying cost impact that contribute overall business profitability.
• Conduct and lead various meetings, including industrial and commercial teams to align objectives and processes.

• Conduct operational activities in the Boiler & Power House, handling ambient conditions, noise, and various types of waste (hazardous, solid, and liquid) in line with SOPs and SHE guidelines.
• Operate and maintain utility machinery including boilers, generators, compressors, water treatment systems, and reverse osmosis units.
• Ensure adequate steam pressure, electricity, air supply, and water for operational needs, and manage their distribution.
• Monitor and report on the expiration of licenses and calibrations for equipment and personnel to superiors, GA, and managers.
• Adhere to and implement SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) protocols to prevent environmental pollution and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Ensure all wastewater is treated safely in the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP).
• Align shift activities and operator processes with planning, verify and authorize operator-recorded data, and prepare shift reports.
• Control the use of consumables, manage the supply of fuel, spare parts, and service equipment, and periodically check material availability.
• Maintain and clean operational equipment and work areas, ensuring proper handling and operation.
• Achieve quality targets and implement continuous improvement practices.
• Complete and maintain accurate data on operational activities.
• Report unresolved issues to supervisors within specified time limits, following established procedures.
• Replace absent colleagues’ duties as instructed and follow overtime/compensation procedures.
