The Role

Main Responsibilities

• Create excitement in our product launches, workshops, and events for our guests.
• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on color, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs.
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colors, sizes, and quantities on the floor.

• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms.

• Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, as well as support all stocktake exercises.
• Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments.
• Work with the other pixie(s) to drive store sales performance under the direction of Lead Pixie.
• Working together with the Lead Pixie in ensuring daily sales target and store matrix are achieved (traffic, conversion, AOQ, AOV, ASP, etc).
• Deal with all issues that arise from our customers (complaints, grievances etc) in the best manner.

Requirements & Experiences :

• Female, Single, age 20 - 25 years old.
• 1 year experience in working as a retail store’s SPG/SA

The Role

You will have the front-seat experience and exposure in impacting women across the country by the awareness you will be initiating through influencers & community reach out, campaign and offline events. The role will be the liaison for influencer partners, brand partnerships, campaign and event management. Additionally, a collaboration between internal cross-functional teams and focused on best practices and needs across deliverables. Reporting to Assistant Marketing Manager and working closely with the Indonesia and HQ Brand team, you will play a pivotal role for Love, Bonito’s growth and market expansion through owning the mindshare of women across Indonesia.

Main Responsibilities

KOL 

• Build thoughtful influencer campaign planning based on campaign objective and performance target both for branding and sale campaign.
• Analyze and generate performance report for influencer campaign in weekly basis and suggest key initiatives to optimize performance.
• Handle end-to-end execution of influencer seedings with the help of a PR intern.
  This includes: generating weekly influencer catalog, KOL outreach & fee negotiation, request clothing delivery, sending out KOL brief and unique links to monitor posting’s quality.
• Active in researching and suggesting new potential influencer names that matches to brand’s profile.
• Foster genuine and lasting relationships with LB’s KOL pools through planning monthly KOL birthday kit and care package, prompt in assisting KOL’s request and be the representative of LB or first point of contact to KOL in offline events.
• Be highly collaborative with the internal cross-department (especially Creative team, Operations & Merchandising team) to ensure a smooth delivery of influencer campaigns. 
• For special projects that require sending PR kit to KOL, ideate concept of PR kit including products to be featured and liaise with creative team for production.
• For special projects, conduct KOL research and suggesting list of potential KOL for new market or geographical penetration.

Brand Partnership & Community

• Under manager supervision, be the timeline and project manager for offline events – including but not limited to press events/ collection previews, influencer networking sessions, and VIP events.
  Project manager scope include, but not limited to:
  -Planning out of the box and on-trend offline event concept and flow
  -Assign relevant event hosts (KOL/ LB Community)
  -Production timeline management
  - Be the main point of contact to cross departments and event vendors
  - Be the main point of contact pre and during event day
  - Conduct post-mortem event report based on agreed event metrics
• Actively scoping for new brand partnership and/or external potential partners to work with to drive brand awareness in the market.
• Maintain and foster relationships with existing brand partners from national to local-city reach from digital-to-traditional corporations/ individuals.
• For special projects, conduct community research for new market or geographical penetration.
• Generate copywriting for PR-related marketing collaterals: translating press releases, greeting cards, event collaterals, others. 

Requirements & Experiences :

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or related studies.
• 2-3 years working in Marketing, Agencies, PR, communication, advertising, or other similar roles
• Advocate of the female voice
• Experience in industry such as Brand / Retail Fashion / Digital Agency / Ecommerce 
• Great copywriting skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience in project management will be a plus

Main Responsibilities

PR : Influencer & Community Pillar

Outreach & Strategy :

• Research and brainstorm on new potential influencer names that fits to Love, Bonito Indonesia’s brand image, collection styles and campaign objective 
• Plan weekly influencer line-up based on historical traffic target (under guidance of manager)
• Help to do KOL outreach (existing and new), negotiate rate (based on historical guide) and posting date based on SOW (statement of work) 
• In doing communication and KOL outreach, intern should maintain good relationship with existing and new KOL by displaying prompt and accommodative communication

Administrative :

• Input and monitor KOL seeding request to Operations team to be completed in timely manner before KOL posting date 
• Generate and share customised UTM/ track links to KOL 
• Share content brief to KOL 
• Update KOL names (posting date & rate) and clothing selections on tracker 
• Daily monitoring of KOL posting & report KOL posting performance to manager (timeline of posting, check on content quality, check UTM links) 

Ad Hoc :

• Assist & stand by for offline events and photoshoot 
• Request and be the PIC responsible for clothing lending for influencers/ muses/ internal team 
• Assist to contact external vendors (for PR/ social-related vendors) 
• Give fresh and innovative ideas based on current trends to support offline event planning & ideation 
• I.e: event activity, venue, F&B vendors, etc 

Social Media Pillar : Instagram

• Help to do instagram posting both graphic content & influencer repost in timely manner 
• IG Story: 2x daily
• IG Post: 1x week
• Help to generate UTM/ track links for instagram posting & refresh linkinbio

The Role

You will be at the front seat in delivering the best service and experience to our customers through retail.  Responsible for end-to-end operational and customer excellence, people development, assortment, and financial profitability for a cluster of stores. Through an establishment of a positive culture, clear expectations and policy, and procedural implementation - the Area Supervisor is expected to have great grit in performance analysis and measurable action plan through collaboration between all stakeholders to develop operational efficiency and scalability. This role will be integral to the success of Love, Bonito especially as we continue to expand our retail reach in Indonesia over the next few years. Reporting directly to the Assistant Retail Manager, you will analyse, interpret, and report operational business results to ensure that the overall success of a cluster of stores is attained.

Main Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

• Together with the Assistant Retail Manager building a strong and high performing retail store team to achieve the desirable and targeted KPI and store metrics target, improve store and team productivity, and to ensure the profitability of all stores.
• Strategize manpower resource planning and management for all stores (including but not limited to oversee shift schedules, retail staff budgeting, monitor the performance of team productivity and efficiency, socialise employment SOPs, and implement disciplinary metrics) to achieve optimal staffing levels and build a high performing retail store team.
• Set standards and objectives for store teams to ensure the team provides seamless customer experience and operational process; inspire and enable the team to provide a top notch and LB service to all customers through training and mentoring with the Retail Trainer.

Retail Performance & Operational Excellence

• Responsible for the achievement of all stores' performance targets by monitoring daily/weekly/monthly/yearly performance, identifying the challenges in the floor, and providing insights and actionables initiatives to ensure all performance metrics achievements.
• Implement, monitor, and evaluate general store administration/operational aspects to ensure compliance with policies and procedures in Love, Bonito, and to increase store productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor retail store customer experience (including customers inquiries and complaints), facilitate escalated complaints and solutions findings, and develop strategies to enhance the customer experience to ensure retail store customer satisfactions.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations and Merchandising team to understand the customer type of Love, Bonito stores and allocate the right assortment to drive the overall performance of the store.
• Maintain attractive store conditions, by working closely with the Visual Merchandising team, to optimise layout and displays in-store; support brand and visual campaigns of new tacticals and launches, develop strategies to enhance future sales, and evaluate the performance.
• Collaborate closely with Assistant Retail Manager for the brainstorming and execution of campaigns, events, improvements, and store openings. 
• Responsible for retail marketing initiatives analysis, execution, and evaluation to improve overall performance metrics and gain awareness.
• Identify business opportunities and actively engage in anticipating business impact or roll out plans; provide input in developing effective and scalable solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements & Experiences :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in fast fashion. 
• Minimum 4 years of experience in managing a retail team(s) - both front and back of house. 
• Minimum diploma degree in finance/communications/marketing/merchandising.
• Moderate knowledge in Visual Merchandising and able to implement a creative visual merchandising strategy to optimise layout, display-in-store is preferred
• Extremely customer-centric and genuinely enjoys serving and getting to know customers better. 
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability communicate across different levels of an organisation
• Distinct communication skills, to include a willingness to offer positive and negative feedback as needed
• Data centric and tech-savvy. 
• Strongly self-motivated, to include studying and maintaining working knowledge of industry standards and trends
• Able to work a schedule that reflects the business levels and needs of the stores.

The Role
You will be at the front seat in delivering the best service and experience to our customers through retail and operations. For retail you will drive the business expansion while strategically opening stores whenever it is suitable and help shape the retail playbook delivering the best retail experience to our customers. In operations you will uphold the highest standard of excellence to be the best in class. You will be leading one of the biggest departments in Love, Bonito Indonesia. Your role entails being in-charge of the day-to-day decision making, retail financial success and strategic business expansion, you will shape a large contribution for the growth of the company in the next few years. You will be directly reporting to the Country Head and will work closely with the Retail HQ team in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities

Business Development: Retail Strategic Expansion

• Create a strategic plan for LB retail expansion to address new customer and revenue growth opportunities head-on; includes planning and budget management, leveraging financial and smart calculated business decisions.
• Conduct market research and reach out to landlords for offers and negotiations.
• Constant innovation in balancing both sales and customer experience; making LB the most-wanted brand in town.
• Accountable to report to the local Management and Regional office for the retail performances and future growth plans. 
• Maintain good relationships with external parties such as landlords, malls, department stores, contractors, etc. 
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility. 
• Analyze store performance and feeding relevant and insightful information to other departments such as Merchandising, BI, and Marketing. 
• Ability to propose and execute an opening or closing of stores/ counters depending on business needs and strategies.
• Rental negotiations and feasibility study for existing retail locations during contract renewals and/or crisis-management. 

Retail Operations  

• Lead the retail team which includes the area supervisors, store supervisors and sales associate; making clear JD & KPI for each team member and aiding them to achieve it.
• Hire and train team members to bring LB core values to life; Making sure all the retail team embodies the brand and its vision. 
• Point out problematic areas and seek to constantly improve policies, operational procedure and internal processes. 
• Store visits to spot training gaps, evaluate effectiveness of recent training and build strong relationships with store teams.
• Projects include: Initiatives for customer loyalty, marketing plan and projects related to leveraging current retail presence.
• Key person in liaising cross-department functions to ensure day-to-day operations.

Requirements & Experiences :

• 5+ years of experience in retail and have had prior credentials as brand manager, retail manager, business development or related experience.
• BA/ BS degree in business, marketing, economics or other related fields.
• Detailed oriented, highly analytical and distinctly logical.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high goals and KPIs by delivering quick results
• Great management and people-development skills.
• Effective communicator and an influential team player.

PR Influencer & Community Pillar

• Research and brainstorm on new potential influencer names that fits to Love, Bonito Indonesia brand image and campaign objective.
• Assisting to do KOL outreach (existing and new), negotiate rate and posting date based on SOW under guidance from PR assistant.
• Input and monitor KOL seeding request to Operations team to be completed in timely manner before KOL posting date. 
• Generate and share customized UTM/ track links to KOL.
• Share content brief to KOL.
• Update KOL names (posting date & rate) and clothing selections on tracker.
• Monitor KOL posting based on brief.

Social Media Pillar

• Instagram posting both graphic content & influencer repost in timely manner 
• IG Story: 2x daily
• IG Post: 1x week
• Generate UTM/ track links for Instagram posting & refresh Linkinbio

Ad Hoc 

• Assist & stand by for offline events and photoshoot 
• Request clothing lending for influencers/ muses 
• Assist to contact vendor (PR/ social) 

Requirements & Experiences :

• Available for 3-6 months internship program
• Open to university students (last year/semester preferred)
• Candidates with a specialisation in Marketing or related degree preferred
• Candidates with prior internships in PR & Social Media roles preferred
