Influencer Marketing Specialist

Maker Lab supports clients across technology, entertainment, financial services and the payments industry. We’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and support our amazing clients in the Marketing industry.

We are seeking a driven and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will be a key player in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence and achieve our marketing goals. You will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with relevant influencers, managing campaigns, and analysing performance to ensure maximum impact.

Role: 

• Research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms, aligning with our target audience and brand values.
• Come up with fresh and exciting ways to use influencers to help reach your campaign goals.
• Build and nurture authentic relationships with influencers, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with influencers on content creation, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals.
• Manage campaign execution, including scheduling, content approval, and performance tracking.
• Analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and data-driven insights to optimise future strategies.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in the ever-evolving landscape of influencer marketing.

You:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or related industry 
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their unique audiences.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of social media platforms and their management tools, including Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, and Sprout Social.
• Ability to analyse and report on social media performance using marketing data.
• Basic project management skills, including task prioritisation and tracking for social media content development.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and ideally fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.

Senior Marketing Specialist (Indonesia)

The Marketing Specialist develops and oversees the preparation and execution of creative and comprehensive marketing activities. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets.

The ideal candidate is resourceful and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. He/she is innately curious and would like to make a difference with his/her work. 

Supports the marketing activities our client, including but not limited to market research, developing proposals for marketing campaigns and events planning.

Role: 

• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Assist in marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimisation, advertising, events planning, etc.)
• Liaise with external vendors to execute events and campaigns
• Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
• Maintain and update tools, files and databases
• Maintain good communication within internal and external teams

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of xperience/exposure in Marketing or Meetings and Events industry will be highly advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills
• Possess great customer mindset and a proactive disposition
• Comfortable with speaking up and in front of senior team members
• Able to conduct research and draw information from a variety of sources and channels
• Able to analyse research findings and develop concept plans and strategies

Events Specialist (Indonesia)

The role of an Events and Experiences Specialist is to support the Events and Experiences team in driving the overall delivery and management of key moments ranging from campaigns and public activations to internal meetings. The specialist will have sole responsibility for a project, or part responsibility for a larger project, from brief to execution. This includes unpacking the project brief, scoping the project and allocating the necessary resources and budget and ensuring that all work (from creative concepts to logistics and technical) delivers against agreed objectives and surpasses project expectations. 

Role: 

• Oversee all or certain aspects of event & experience management and production from content and program development, creative and design, AV production, vendor management, logistics, invitations, sponsorships, promotions, and more.
• Depending on the scale of the project, run and oversee or support project meetings, timelines, action items/ deliverables, and budgets throughout all projects and events.
• Build and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder relationships, including agency partners, for the assigned program (clear communication on expectations, responsibilities, schedule, status/AIs, etc.), and ensure that needs are heard, understood, and addressed in a timely way
• Be a team player, assist the broader team on larger projects, including event production team logistics, running team meetings and project management efforts as needed

You:

• Someone with at least 3 years of experience in all aspects of event management, whether in-house or at an event agency.
• Strong track record of success in events project management: manage, plan, organise, and execute a wide range of successful events from inception to completion, within budget
• Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to oversee multiple events concurrently in a timely and accurate manner
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with agencies, colleagues and suppliers
• Regional/international event management experience
• This is a fully remote role. Candidate should be open to traveling within the SEA region as required
