You will lead the Food & Beverage division, driving the Food & Beverage team in all aspects, from business planning and organizing to operations and administration. You will be responsible for achieving the highest customer satisfaction, brand and quality standards, as well as bringing creativity and variety to our food & beverage offering. You will manage the financial aspects of the department to achieve the budgeted revenues, profit and food & beverage costs whilst maintaining food and beverage quality. The Executive Sous Chef is also responsible for overseeing the kitchen team members, which will involve preparing, scheduling and delivering training, managing team member performance, ensuring that the kitchen safety standards are up to date and that team members are complying with health, safety and sanitation rules. Additionally you will help with menu planning, inventory control, and supply management.

The role of an Assistant Executive Housekeeper is to support the Executive Housekeeper in all duties of the housekeeping operation. You will coordinate, schedule and supervise the housekeeping team, carry out inspections to ensure proper cleaning is being done, and manage the inventory of all cleaning supplies. You will provide on-the-job training, and facilitate communications with guests, within the housekeeping team and with other hotel departments.

You will also supervise, plan, organize, direct, and participate in the centralized production of highly specialized bakery and pastry menu items. The Executive Pastry Chef will also take on the responsibility of organizing and leading training sessions for the members of their team.

The Telemarketings Executive is responsible for inviting guests to invite attend a personal preview of our onsite sales gallery and offer a discounted holiday discovery package.

The Telemarketings Executive will represent Anantara in a courteous, enthusiastic and diligent manner. All guests that are invited on a holiday package preview will be required to attend a 90 minute sales presentation on the benefits of shared ownership with Anantara Vacation Club. It will be the Telesales Executive’s responsibility to ensure that each guest clearly understands the offer and is qualified to attend the presentation.
