You will participate in all sales activities and work in line with the sales and marketing plan for the various market segments in order to exceed hotel revenue and targets. The scope of responsibility includes: promoting the hotel brand, contracting new business and maximizing revenue for the hotel. You are also in charge of establishing outstanding businesses relationships within local, domestic and international markets monitoring competitor activities and market intelligence attending travel functions and sales road shows and organizing sales trips to promote sales for the hotel. We will provide training that will equip you to be a confident Sales Manager who stands out in the market by achieving exceptional results.You will report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing who will provide coaching and support to enable you to achieve what you are driving for.

• Ensure the effective implementation of all operational security procedures within the hotel.
• Assist the Security Manager in management and security oversight of all contractors, suppliers or vendors working on property.
• To maintain a close dialogue and relationship with local security authorities.
• Ensure that security officers provide a courteous and professional service to all customers, staff, vendors and suppliers.
• To monitor the car-park system and ensure its smooth running and security
• To vet the daily functions and VIP arrival list and to ensure that security officers are deployed as appropriate
• To account for the master keys of the property and their movements as well as key control in general.
• To keep the hotel senior management informed on all matters relating to the Security aspects of the hotel on a daily basis.

As an Assistant Outlet Manager you will lead the operations of a specific outlet. Your key duties and responsibilities will be to ensure profitable operations, achieve outlet business goals, ensure the manning schedule is up to date, oversee regular preventative maintenance, maintain outlet safety and sanitation standards, and lead by example through a ‘hands on’ approach to motivate team members to excel. You will also manage team member performance, identify any training needs, develop and deliver the required training for supervisors and team members in an effective way to maximise guest satisfaction and develop team members to enable them to achieve their career goals.

You will have full accountability for managing the individual spa unit. This position requires commitment to achieving sustainable growth through continuous analysis of business and team member performance, and a dedication to increase customer demand. In order to do this it is important to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with business partners, guests and team members alike. You will be committed to continually developing the spa team members, whilst ensuring that the spa is consistently operating at, or above, agreed standards and achieving maximum profitability.

You are a strong and experienced hotel ambassador who excels at maximizing the experience and satisfaction of the hotel guests. You will be responsible for taking care of our guests and our team members by coordinating all operations of the hotel. You will ensure that all team members are up to date with the current knowledge of all the hotel products and services including room types, rates, facilities, food and beverage outlets, spa and health club. You will monitor all arrivals, ensuring all guest requests are carried out smoothly and that all reservations are dealt with as efficiently as possible.
