We are seeking a friendly and efficient Daily Worker to join our Food & Beverage Service team in the vibrant town of Ubud, Indonesia. As a key member of our F&B team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely fashion

• Complete necessary paperwork for tour bookings generated during your designated shift.
• Call your booked guests the night prior to their preview date to confirm their attendance if required.
• Ensure sufficient collateral is in good condition and working order.
• Ensure your work location is neat and tidy.
• Attend scheduled team meetings.

The primary responsibility of a guest service agent is to provide expertise services in a courteous manner. You are responsible for taking reservations, greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest-s account upon completion of their stay. You will handle all guest enquires, requests and comments promptly and efficiently, ensuring their stay in the hotel is to their satisfaction.

You will support the Director of Engineering in managing the Engineering department, ensuring the efficient running of the all hotel facilities, including all fire and life safety equipment and systems. It will be your responsibility to plan and manage all preventative maintenance work, new projects, extensions, and renovations. You will be involved in preparing the Engineering budget for the property, and will provide the Engineering knowledge for the hotel strategic and operational plans. You will monitor energy usage in the hotel, and implement initiatives to conserve energy wherever possible.

You will implement the daily work schedule, to handle planned maintenance and respond to guest requests and emergency situations and to check air conditioning, water, fire safety systems of the hotel and maintain them according to required standards as well as to work with other operational departments in the effective performance of their duties. GSRs work at assigned locations and events, speaking to Customers in order to persuade them to attend a sales presentation with Anantara Vacation Club. They work closely with the general public, and with hotel colleagues. They must make sure that only guests who are qualified are invited to attend.
